We have an account with them and they are so familiar with our farm needs that they are quick to pull up our account before we can even provide them with the number - they just have us memorized. They've never tried to make sale on something more expensive if the "off-brand" is just as good of quality. They are just terrific! They are always my first pick for feed, fencing, vaccinations, or even just some quick and helpful advice. Their business card board inside the store is also a great place to find local produce, animal sitters, livestock vets, etc. Definitely a great store and great staff!
