Jason came and installed a huge mirror for us (forgot the exact dimensions, but it was about 100" on one side). I had gotten a few quotes, but JB was the best mix of price + scheduling. His people were very professional, and worked out all the logistics for carrying this giant mirror up some stairs. Measuring went quickly and scheduling was very quick as well. The mirror was cut and installed a little less than a week from the day it was measured. Our driveway was actually full with other contractors working on our house and they had no problem carrying the mirror from half a block over to our home. My husband and I hired Jason back in may to install our last project of our bathroom remodel-- shower doors. I had to remodel a small bathroom and the last detail was the shower glass. I got five bids from companies I found on Yelp and one extra. There was $1,000 difference in price between the lowest bid and the highest, for a 3' square shower area, two sides glass. JB was not the lowest but in the lower range of bids. After getting all the bids and doing more looking and research online and in person, I learned more about what I wanted and called a couple of places back. JB answered the phone and all of my questions right away, providing a lot of details I had not yet learned. Mitering the glass corner was already included in the initial bid (many did not include that), which I loved. We changed the handle to a crescent (not offered/discussed in any of the initial bids), and made the install semi-frameless. We spoke before I left for a 9 day vacation. The day after I returned the glass had already arrived and installation was promptly scheduled. Jason and his son, Jake, did the job in about 90 minutes and it was perfect! Jason is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share that, very easy to work with and does quality work for a reasonable price. That's why he has Five Stars! I have been let down a few times by contractors so I'm a detail-oriented and somewhat mistrusting customer, so it takes the right person to win me over. Most places didn't want to mess with a mirror of this size and weight but JB Glass and Mirror did not hesitate at all.
