I just bought a new home and decided to upgrade all the exterior locks and handlesets to keyless entry. After installation Herman even showed me how the locks work and explained some key differences between two types of locks that I bought. He gave me a bit of advice about programming them and maintaining records. This was greatly appreciated, and he is very knowledgeable.
