Herman was available to come to my house quickly, and did an excellent job re-pinning all my locks. In addition, several of the deadbolts were problematical, not going far enough into the door sill lock plate. He was able to fix all of these issues, lubricated all the locks, and now everything works perfectly. He is also a very courteous and easy person to do business with. The $119 special for repinning is an extraordinary value and he only charged an addition $10.00 for fixing several problems with the deadbolts. Despite two attempts at purchasing keys to open my accidentally locked Anderson Hickey file cabinet, the keys did not open the lock. I am going to have to spend the money on a locksmith who may be unable to unlock the cabinet and will have to drill out the lock. Long story, so here's the short of it: I called Herman this morning to replace the entire front door latch and deadbolt (which had already been removed because broken) after a failed DIY attempt. Although he was on another job when I called, he arrived in about an hour, took one look at the mess and offered to simply fix and reinstall the broken latch and lock, saving us quite a few bucks. He was courteous, super helpful, and even provided some additional parts and adjusted the door position to optimize the door closing.
