Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

None of the others I reached out to had the foresight that AAA Chimney Experts had. AAA is all about quality, prevention, and minimal aggravation for the consumer. They may or may not always have a good schedule for you- it's hit or miss as it seems that way with most businesses in the construction field. The issue I had was the uncertainty they had that they could "probably get out to me in two weeks." "Probably" doesn't help anybody. I called to cancel with plenty of time to give them a heads up, but the response I got was rude, and yes, they hung up on me. If they were in the field and could not talk then they could 1) not answer and take a message, or 2) let me know that they were currently occupied. Instead they asked why I was cancelling and as I was trying to answer them they interrupted me and rudely said "I'm not going to fight for this, if this guy wants to cancel then fine" and then hung up on me. Rude from beginning to end. If they didn't want to do the sweep job they should have said so, that would have been fine. But to reluctantly take the job and then treat a booked customer like that is ridiculous. It's correct I never received service from them, nor would I want to now. Their work may be top notch, but I didn't have a decent interaction with them during any of the calls. They're rude and they obviously don't see how they treat the people they speak with.

The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.
