Very prompt and courteous. I was staying at my aunt and uncle's because we were visiting family for the weekend. Was cleaning out the room and finished packing but brought the trash down first and my toddler locked the door behind us. I didn't know until I went back upstairs to bring down the luggage. It wasn't a traditional lock either. It was the handle type of lock that didn't have any screws and the YouTube videos were no help. Oh man! Mati was awesome! I'm originally from San Jose and i had my nephews birthday party at Micke Grove Park. I was pretty much stranded. I called Mati the next day and he was able to come through ON A HOLIDAY (4th of July) which some people wouldn't even try or they would charge extra. Well it literally took less than 5 mins to replace and he charged us $100 which I feel is WAY OVER PRICED for a mail box key.
