Last year, this company came to my home to replace the front door lock. The guy who came (not arthur), also took a look at my back door, fiddled it it, and broke it. We recently used "Locked in n out" locksmith of Newton to deal with a front door lock that would not unlock with our keys.  It was not an emergency because we could enter through other doors. Still Artur was able to come within a day.  He diagnosed the problem quickly--we needed a new lock cylinder.  He had to go to his supplier to get a cylinder that was a compatible color to our lock.  He was back the next day with the new cylinder which has been working fine.  I recommend Artur and his company: prompt, professional and very friendly. read more

I first got in touch with Artur through Yelp. From the start, he was responsive with my inquiries and questions. I didn't need an emergency service, so we agreed upon a date and time for the service. On the day of service, he called ahead of time with his expected arrival. When he got here, he informed me that my lock actually needed to get replaced. He showed me what was wrong with my current lock's cylinder and explained it as best he could as I, and he assured me this is true for most customers, know NOTHING about locks. I was only scheduled to have a re-key service, but he offered to either replace the lock or purchase the specific style I wanted for a minimal added cost. After considering many factors, I opted to purchase a new lock and Artur patiently waited to complete the job. If you are looking for a professional and trustworthy locksmith, Artur is your guy. I highly appreciated his honesty and candidness through the entire service. He was respectful of my ultimate decisions and it was a smooth process overall. read more

Artur did a great job replacing our door locks from start to finish. I called for several quotes and he was the best price (by far). He called back right away and communicated clearly every step of the way. He was able to give the estimate on the phone for free, whereas other places I called needed to come out and charge a fee whether I went with them or not. It was for two door locks (the knob and a deadbolt) which is pretty basic so I appreciated him saving us time and money there. He showed up on time, wore a mask (properly), social-distanced and did the job in under 10 minutes and went outside to write up the invoice and take payment.
