I do not know what to think...or should I say when it happened yesterday is all I could do was laugh..my sister found this mobile groomer online & well I am dog sitting. I know yorkies get their hair matted if you do not keep up with it, however the requested cut of the Teddy Bear Look for $75 ea was not fufilled. I am going to be completely honest when I saw the van pull up I wanted to make a judgment call & just say I wanted to cancel. But my sister reminded me not to judge a book by its cover ok. Well I walked out first to scope around before bringing the girls out. Strike 1 van smelled like cigaretts, and old stinky dogs. Strike 2 they needed me to connect their cord into the outlet?? What why I am being charged for a service, while they utilize my electricity. Needless to say they requested 2 at a time I had 3 total. I brought the first two out. Appt was at 3:30pm they were on time! First two were done at 4:52 seemed kind of long... what do I know I guess. ‼Here's the dead stop when the first two were handed to me I didn't even recognize them!! I was so angry that I handed them the money before the service was performed!! I was told after the damage was done that the Teddy Bear Look was not able to be performed because the matted hair was beyond repair. You be the judge of the two that I took a pic of by the time our last girl came out I was exhausted service for her was shorter since she kept biting them. Never again will I use this groomer. My dogs barley looked like they were groomed. I paid $75 each for a full groom for my poodles. I was told when I made the appointment $70. I know for a fact they told me this price because I wrote down everything I was told. Then when my husband picked up dogs they told him $75 each dog. The woman told him that she told me that when I made appointment. That was a lie. My dogs Haircuts were not even through out the coats. They didn't get sanitary groom, ear hair was not cleaned up. What did I pay for, a half ass job? I work hard for my money and to not get what I paid for is upsetting. I could do a way better job then this supposed grooming company. You will be very disappointed if you used this business. Unless you don't need a full groom use at your own risk. I will never use them again. I totally would have given a great review last year.... My two dogs are not the easiest to groom. My Chia-Pom is terrified of anyone new but Jenni was still able to give her a decent cut. Not the best but watching how our pup wiggled and squirmed I get it. Our older dog does not like baths she was a challenge as well. My husband and I were very aware or their difficult nature. We have using Jenni for a while now but for some reason she will not call us back to set an appointment. I even called letting her know that we appreciated the work she did with the difficulties and would understand if she did not want to groom our pets any longer, just let us know so we could find another groomer. 3 calls and no call back what so ever. Well hate to sound like a broken record but she did a terrible job. She groomed a rescue I was trying to cleanup for a new home. I stayed there with him and she took about 20 mins and was finished. I was new to grooming and assumed this was normal. But when we brought him in he still smelled terrible. His belly area was still dirty. She was friendly and good with the dog. So she gets 2 stars. I love their service! So convenient. They were so amazing. During one of our appointments I was not able to find one of our cats scheduled to be groomed. They groomed one cat and left. I have 2 big dogs that can be jerks at times when it comes to the groomer. My husband made the call to see if having someone come to us could save us on time and energy. I'm so glad he did. Rene took her time with my old grumpy dog and even got his nails trimmed (this is a small miracle). Another review mentioned how the Van wasn't fancy, which it's not, but come on people this is a mobile dog washing station. What do you expect. The women were good to my pup, and he was not fearful of them; nor was he stressed out after the grooming. I've taken him to shops in the past, but no more because something stresses him out. I've used this groomer twice. First time went fine. Second time they had no record of me. Had to ask for my address and info all over again and poor customer service too. Were rude over text. Fast forward to the groom and I'm extremely unhappy with the results. My dog was shaved in such a weird way. They took off his eyebrows and all his face hair, but there are chunks that are super short and chunks that are long like they missed entire sections. They shaved off all his whiskers. His collar and dog tag were removed and not put back on. They said they could not brush out his tail or ears because he was not allowing them, which has never been an issue. He's extremely docile. His anus was not hygiene shaved!! The hair around it is still long and there is poop stuck in the hair. He doesn't smell like he was bathed at all. His nails are not trimmed. The day before Lindy texted me to confirm and I replied right away. Nobody showed the day of the appointment or responded to my text asking if they were still coming. The next day I called and was told the appointment was "overlooked." I explained that I was upset because I gave my anxious dog a sedative specifically for this appointment. I was given a very insincere apology and asked if I wanted to rebook for their next available appointment. There was no offer to fit us in or give us a discount for the inconvenience. My beautiful German Shepherd had a grooming by Renee who offered to "trim" down her undercoat with the grooming. Trim is an understatement! She shaved her didn't bathe or trim her nails or blend her head or tail!! And showed up in a rundown van with minimal resources, which she stated had all kind of issues...not quite what we expected when we saw the fancy well put together van down the street grooming the neighbors dog on numerous occasions. So I attempted to call Jenni the owner in regards to my concerns, the message states give at least 24 hours for a return call due to volume...more than 72 hours have passed with no response. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "meh". I love the idea of the mobile groomer for my dog, but I'm just not sure about this one. It wasn't Jenni that came out so there was some confusion regarding address and services that were to be provided. That's understandable. The van seemed adequate, though it wasn't clean. My husband asked that it be swept out before our dog was taken in for his full grooming. As for the cut itself, it could have been better. The top of his head is VERY uneven. It looks like there was an "oops" and she cut something MUCH shorter than it should have been. The fur on his paws is ragged, too. We're used to seeing them clean and rounded after a grooming. All in all, it's hard for me to recommend this company and we most likely will try another mobile groomer next time because I'm pretty sure I could have given my dog a better cut than this and saved myself $75. read more

I had made an appointment for my cat to be groomed on December 1 2021. I have used this grooming company a few times and have been satisfied. However, on December 1, I left a text message before the grooming to confirm the appointment and to get a heads up when they would be coming. On a few occasions they have come late without letting me know and my cat has waited in the carrier for a very long time. I never got a confirmation text on December 1. I called their office and left a message for someone to call me. I never got a call back. I sent a few more texts that morning and never heard back from them. I don't know if they stood me up or if they have gone out of business. I never heard back from this company. Also, the last time they were at my house, they kept one of my towels for the cat by mistake.They said they would return it, but they have not come back and have not called me either. I am very disappointed that they left me in the lurch, without any explanation. I don't think they can cope with their business. read more

Being the "mom" of a finicky fur baby has its challenges the greatest is getting a groomer that doesn't break the spirit of your baby. Was unable to get Chandler to his regular groomer due to scheduling issues so needed to find one on short notice that fit into my schedule. Customer service was nice. Our little Charlie, a Maltese, with young lady doing his grooming. Haircut was not perfect, compared to groomer that we have taken him to. We like the fact that the groomer comes to us and Charlie is not stuck in a kennel for 4 hours or more. For customer service coming out to us was reasonable. This was a fantastic experience for both me and my Pomeranian/Doxie Ziggy. I had a really horrible experience at a previous groomer and had not taken him to be groomed in quite some time; needless to say, we were both very anxious. When I spoke with Jenni on the phone, she was very kind, attentive to our needs and comforting. She booked me an appointment right away for that day and arrived just on time. She talked with me and Ziggy for a minute and then took him to get started. I was a nervous wreck! But Ziggy did great and he looks so cute!! I have used Jenni 2 times now and she is coming today for Rusty's 3rd grooming with her. She calls him a "perfect angel" because he just sits there and lets her complete her work without a sound. I have never had a problem with Jenni. She shows up when she states and he looks amazing when she is done with him. Most importantly......she treats Rusty with the utmost care and I would not have it any other way. I used to take him to Pets Smart, and I felt it took too long and seemed to stress him out a bit. Love these ladies. Very prompt return on calls and scheduling. They came to my home last month for 3 very large and very fluffy dogs. I was worried since my husky mix is very weird and can be mean with strangers and when I came up to check she looked calm and almost like she was enjoying herself. I had called affordable pet grooming and spoke with Jenni. We set up for Friday at 10am. Around 10:30 I call Jenni to see if she was still coming she said she over slept but that she would be at my home at 11:15am OK fine. Noon passes and Jenni is still not here, at that point I decide to call another groomer and get an appointment within the hour "score". By 4pm that same day guess who saunters to my house? Jenni. I tell Jenni I won't be needing her services she was a no show and that my dogs are being groomed elsewhere. Jenni then has the audacity to ask me for $15 for gas. WTH?! Give her a blank stare and tell her No! I'm actually glad she didn't groom my dogs, not to pass judgment but Jenni looks like a hardcore "Tweeker" and very sketchy.
