No matter who helps us, they are always friendly and listen to make sure they understand what the problem is. We often get a call mid way through service for an update or if they have found something else that needed to be fixed. Their prices are more than fair. We've never had a question on anything on our bill. Today I had to bring it in for an oil change but a few days prior I had a dash warning light go on and it was something that had to be looked at by a trained mechanic. They had to do some real digging and found what the problem was. My appointment was at 2:40 and even with the extra work they had it done by 5:00! We brought it to toms and he figured it out What was wrong with our radiator within a minute of being there. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He could of easily told us we needed a new radiator but was honest and said that it needed to be cleaned. He took out the radiator and cleaned it right on the spot. This is the only place I will ever be bringing any of my cars or anything with a radiator issue. Tom knows what he's doing and he's good at it. Highly recommend. After I still ran into problems with that car I assumed it was cursed and tried selling it back. Since the owner didn't have any money to buy the car back (only asked for what I bought it for $2,500 didn't even ask for what I put into it) he wanted to trade me for a different car. I didn't really have many options so I decided to trade for another car. Brought this one into Care Care again and it has even MORE problems than the first car. Any repair He claimed to have done on my car was a hack job and was not done correctly. Now this guy has the car I PAYED TO FIXED in better condition than it has ever been and just gave me another complete lemon car. THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST. And I'm almost positive the owner has no knowledge on fixing cars, he just hires young mechanics pays them close to nothing and they do all the work for him. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS.
