The roof line is almost directly above the property line making it hard to stop that. I personally cleaned up Michael's walkway and the small portion of his yard where debris fell multiple times. As for A and S Roofing, I feel that they have done an excellent job with the project. The have communicated well & their quote for the job was a great price. One of the owners twice drove to where I was to drop of documents for signing so I didn't have to leave work. The roof looks fantastic! They are a family owned, local company and I support them.

They left demo'd and used materials all over my property in a place that could have been removed or tarped off multiple days in a row. Even after they have started tarping off and cleaning up the accessible areas I am finding shingles and wood and staples and nails every day. As I was throwing material back over the fence that I had to pick up from my neighbor's project one of their staff members jumped on the fence and threatened me. It's taken them multiple weeks (and still not finished) to roof a 1700 square foot house. These guys are incompetent.
