Neither of these things is a fault for Pet Village and once they're there, they are comfortable and happy. Our previous dog, who passed away a few years ago, got excited when we pulled up. And when he was in his final days, I brought him to Pet Village and all the staff came out to say goodbye to him. This is the best place for dogs.

I called at 11:45 to see if she was going to call after being put on hold for approximately 10 minutes {witch i agreed to} because I wanted to get some information on the different plans that were available, when she came on the phone, she kept asking me what I wanted to know I told her I would like to meet to see what plans they had to offer she kept asking what I wanted to know I just wanted to meet face to face to go over the plan options. She did not seem to want a meeting I got so frustrated trying to set a meeting I told her to forget it and hung up. After over 16 years of using this vet service you would think she would give a little time to help us pick a plan for our dog. The veterinarians and vet techs and office staff were always very good and enjoyable to work with, too bad not wanting to give us a little time has caused us to look for another veterinarian to take our dog to.
