He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition. Called and spoke to Diane the owner she told me that the driver probably didn't have water to backwash the tank. She told me that they would be back out to finish the following Tuesday Nov 4, 2025. I called Prince of Pools November 3 2025 to confirm that they would be out. I was told by the woman who answered the phone no name given that she would check and get back to me. Waited all day no return phone call. Decided to call another septic company to come out and pump the tank. They came out right away and pumped the tank right to the bottom. Total gallons removed was 1000 gallons. My septic tank is only about a 1000 gallons. I also asked Diane if she would send someone out to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old and in need of replacement. She said she would check the schedule and get back to me.
