Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women. I don't remember the size locker, but it was the next one up from the smallest, and it was perfect for all of her stuff. The sign up process was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and secure. The price was reasonable. The gates to the complex are locked after hours for security, and you simply punch in the code that they gave you to get in and back out. . It's not an easy code for everybody to figure out, which is good. I just put it on my phone. Check out was easy. The employee was walking by, and I asked him what we had to do to check out. He said, you're good. Just leave the locker open and I will get it done. Shortly after we got a confirmation email that we were checked out. If we needed to, we would store here again. Thank you.

When the employee was made aware that according to their website, (as of today) a 10x10 drive up access space is available to rent for $77/month, the employee said I would have to discuss further w/a manager. However, no managers are onsite today, and to expect a call back tomorrow. I have seen several recent reviews for this company describing the exact same thing...
