Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women. The superstar (well, they all are) is James who ran the move seamlessly, as usual. At the end, I would gladly have all of them over for dinner. The crew was just superb. Contacting these idiots is frustrating because they never know how to do their damn jobs! Then they send some manager over who claims he doesnt want angry customers.... yet doesnt respond promtly to important messages. And stops for fast food on the way to doing his job! If you want to go in person and have a human remove a lock, or handle an in person issue, forget it. You walk in and talk to a big screen while they claim there is an employee on the grounds somewhere.... there isnt.
