Per the invoice, they replaced a section of the main sewer line and rodded the sewer. To complete this work, they excavated my front yard, and this service cost me over $4,200. Now it's September 2024 and water is backing up again. I called Able & Will because I thought this problem was resolved. The person I spoke with told me no one was available over the weekend and that someone could come out on Monday. I asked him why this was occurring and he told me that I needed to have my sewer lines rodded. After I kept insisting in my frustration that this should not be happening because my sewer was rodded less than 9 months ago, he then hung up the phone on me. I am a Senior on a fixed budget and cannot afford to pay for services that I was told were completed. AND THEY DON'T GUARANTTE THEIR WORK! Now, I'll be out of more money to correct a problem I told was fixed! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Shared with the lady who scheduled the appointment that we do NOT have outdoor sprinkler systems. She advised us that the plumber coming out would let us know the difference in price from the quoted price she gave us over phone of 940.00. The plumber came out and informed us he could not complete job today and needed to discuss with his supervisor and get back to us with an updated estimate. We were then told we had to pay a CALL OUT FEE of $140.00. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. NOT ONE COMMENT ON THIS UNFAIR CHARGE. Training needs to occur with the scheduling as this is NOT good customer relations. THIS SHOULD BE CONVEYED TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN CALLING. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED TO THE APPOINTMENT HAD WE KNOWN THIS.
