Terrible!!! I was traveling on 1-5 north. I broke down on the interstate. I managed to get my car to the side of the road. I called Affordable Towing. I was given a quote and told it would be 30 minutes. He asked me to send a picture where I was. I did with the address. I waited over an hour with cars nearly nailing my car. I was barley on the shoulder. I called back. Same guy answered and said he hadn't left because he needed a picture of my location? He gave me a née quite $100 more. What... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I panicked called Affordable Towing today after my Durango suddenly lost power. Got her off on a side road where some nice folks (H&H Western store) pushed me off to the side. About 20 minutes later, my Tow Truck savior, Johnny Walker, showed up. Towed Mango Durango home where he diagnosed the problem as an easy fix. Don't use Affordable towing they're scammers/crooks!!!! My mom was in a car accident they were the company that showed up to tow the cars. Their driver LIED to me & my sister when we told him to tow the car home so our mom wouldn't be charged a lot of money he said it's fine they were taking it to the yard & my mom wouldn't be charged cause she had full coverage they charge the insurance company. Well my mom goes to pick up her car they give her the run around saying she's not the owner ect. They charged her almost $430 to get her car out!!!! & they only take cash which is pretty crook like if you ask me. read more

Another driver ran a red light, hitting my car, totalling it. The driver was very kind and helpful in the ensuing craziness. They went above and beyond when I was there to clean out my car. Called because I was broke down on the side of the road and needed a tow as soon as possible. She told me it would be about 45 minute wait and $100 (I was 5 blocks from my house) I said okay and waited, got a call 20 minutes later from her telling me that no one was coming they had taken another call and if I wanted I could wait but It would be about an hr and a half. I called Wiltse's Towing and they told me it would be 30-45 minutes, showed up in 20 and had me home in another 20 for only $80. Highly recommend Wiltse's Towing if u need a tow. read more

Our RV broke down outside of Salem, Oregon and AAA called affordable towing to tow it to the shop. -The driver began work before we were present and did not properly release the park break. -The driver lifted the RV and pulled forward WITHOUT strapping both tires to the tow bar. This caused the RV to drop off the tow bar. The motorhome fell 2 feet. The right front tire and airbag are blown, as well as damage to the fibreglass on the front and side where the tow bar hit when it fell. Now the real doozy is that it took the owner a WEEK to get back to me about it, and is now raising a stink about the quote we got for repairs from an RV service centre. I've had to call the police and now there looks like there may be a civil suit. Word of advice - call someone else! read more

The driver of the tow truck took over an hour to deliver my car to the repair shop...it's a 15 minute drive. When I picked up my vehicle I discovered over $500 of items missing from my vehicle. When the driver was questioned, the driver lied about his whereabouts and other things. The supervisor, Jack, has not returned my calls and always seems to be out of the office when I call. I want a police report and insurance report filed. read more

My car was towed here from a traffic incident, and upon retrieving my car I realized $1000 of my belongings were stolen out of my trunk, which included tools and electronics. I was treated rudely the whole time I was there, until I asked the people inside about where my things could be. They assured me it was a secure lot and there was no way a theif could get in, to which I suggested one of the yard workers did it. They started acting nervous and even shadier under this accusation and I informed them I would file a police report. I urge people who have a choice to refuse to have these theives touch your vehicle. I would give negative stars if yelp allowed. read more
