They did not even ask if this is required or not while the house is under construction. They failed to pull a permit in a timely manner which caused us as homeowners problems with the city and the final inspection for the house. Customer service was extremely rude and incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional in communication. Stay away from this company and look for a more professional one that understands what needs to be done to install a water treatment system and the city requirements.

In the past, when this service was provided by SWS under Skip, I could usually count on a same‑day or next‑day response, which made the process much smoother. Since the acquisition by EcoWater, this has not been my experience. I can't fully comment on their actual service work, from a customer service standpoint, lack of follow-up is disappointing. I cannot recommend relying on EcoWater for time-sensitive or urgent service needs. Hopefully, service issues will be addressed moving forward.
