He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. Other local companies were charging under three or a little over three dollars a gallon. When I contacted Homestead, they first told me I get a 15% discount because I'm on auto and I would get a discount on the next delivery. When I told them I was canceling all of my services they said sorry to see you go. There was no attempt to remedy the situation or check into the absorbent $3.79 charge.
