Most either weren't familiar with my boiler or couldn't schedule a service call for days. When I called Rob, the owner of R. E. Coogan Heating Inc., he explained that they were busy but promised to stop by that evening to see what he could do. Rob arrived around 7 PM and spent over an hour troubleshooting the problem. Although he couldn't get the boiler running that night, he assured me he would contact the manufacturer the next day and continue looking for a solution. True to his word, he called me the following day with recommendations from the manufacturer and returned that evening to try them. It was clear that he was doing everything possible to repair the boiler and save us the expense of a replacement. Unfortunately, the boiler could not be repaired because the required parts were no longer available from the manufacturer. After exhausting every reasonable option to restore it, Rob helped us move forward with a replacement as quickly as possible. After four days without hot water, I expected we would have to wait at least another week for a new installation. Rob initially estimated that the work could begin Friday and be completed by Monday. However, he called on Wednesday to let me know he had rearranged his schedule and hoped to start earlier. At 3 PM on Thursday, Rob arrived with Henry and Nick to begin removing the old boiler. He then brought in additional crew members the next day and worked hard to complete the installation as quickly as possible. As promised, our new boiler was installed and our hot water was restored by Friday evening. What impressed me most was Rob's commitment to helping us. He went out of his way to accommodate our family, worked tirelessly to find the most cost-effective solution, and followed through on every promise he made. Henry, Nick, and the rest of the team were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home, leaving everything clean when the job was finished. We have used Lubera most recently to install a humidifier and a new gas furnace among other minor…read moreservices over a number of years. When the humidifier was installed, he quoted us in the $300.00 range. It ended up over $700.00. We paid and bit our lips. In May 2021 the furnace was installed and paid for. In November 2021 we had a problem with a computer board and blower motor after a power outage. According to the manufacturer the parts were covered by warranty. It took our intervention to get the parts needed. We were without heat for a solid month. Finally, on January 26-2022 Lubera came to our home with the part needed to restore our heat. Lubera insisted on being paid for the board. He subsequently got paid over 800.00 for labor and parts. we asked him to go to the manufacturer to be reimbursed for the part and give us credit for what we paid. His answer was "you are lucky they covered the motor". We have crossed this plumber off our list. We will never use him again. He did nothing that is demonstrable to get the parts needed. I had to call the manufacturer and do a conference call with Lubera's wife to get the part shipped. Lubera did not honor his commitment to us.

This Priority Plumbing Company has only one PRIORITY, it's about how much money they can get from you and and how quickly they can get out of your house before you notice damages or serious problems.
