Spoke with Marry Ann on the phone who was very thorough and patient with me while I asked all my questions. After fully understanding everything, we made an appointment for a few days later. Today is when they came out. I got a call ahead from Jamie who informed me he would be there in 30 minutes. He was very prompt and courteous. He and his partner Alex started going over different types of tints and were even sampling them on my window. After about 20 min of looking at everything, I decided to go with the elegance 35% tint. My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

Called because of the good reviews that are on here, but they're fabricated…read more Gave him the dimensions of my wall of windows, said I needed it by Friday, he gave me a quote of $689, and scheduled a meeting the next day for 9:30am. We meet (he shows 5 hours late), asks for a $340 (wanted a cash deposit), no problem I hand it over, although I felt it was sketchy he was asking for a cash deposit. We schedule the install for 5pm the next day. Next day comes, he texts a string of excuses why he's gonna be 30 minutes late, then another excuse why he'll be 1 hour late, then he shows at 9pm for our planned 5pm appointment. 9pm lol!! He looks around, says the windows dirty and it's too dark, and he'll come back the next morning. Yes it's dark when you show 4 hours late at 9pm. He doesn't show the next day. I ask what's going on, he sends another string of excuses blaming me as to why he can't install it.... Now get this, he believes he's keeping my deposit to take care of his time! I'm sending people to look for the guy now, no one is walking with my cash. Call it harassment or whatever. It's principal and justice at this point. Be careful, don't give this guy a 50% deposit CASH. He'll try and run with it. This review is 100% true. I own a restaurant and hotel on Ocean Dr in Miami Beach. He robbed me for $340, but he'll regret it if he doesn't drop it off to me in 24 hours. I'll follow up on here later...
