Every new "problem" came with another charge. After more than a week and over $400 in repairs, my phone still didn't work. In fact, it came back with new issues. First replacement: after a minor drop, black spots appeared, spread across the display, and made half the screen unusable -- right before my trip to EDC Vegas. Went back, and he blamed me, charged another $60, and replaced it again. Within a week and after another small drop, it broke the same way. Took it to a shop on Hilcroft for the same price -- they gave me a 30-day warranty, and three months later, my phone is still perfect. Bottom line: you might save a few bucks upfront, but you'll pay more in the long run. Avoid this place if you value your phone and your money.

I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.
