They just came in with all their own products and equipment and thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom without "invading" my personal stuff. What I mean by that is, I didn't need them to change my bed sheets or do my towels or laundry. Those things I can do myself. They were just spot on as to what I needed done. I have to give 1 star - I was specific in several things I asked them NOT to do and they did those. I didn't think I had to mention - please don't unplug the television and they did which does not turn back on so far - and since I am handicapped leaving a tall lamp on and throwing the curtain that protects me from neighbor's patio view up on top of the curtain rod at the top of the window are a problem. I think they could have spent less time in the kitchen talking (maybe why they unplugged the television) and more time in the bathroom - the bathroom floor was not washed and doesn't look sparkling like one of the reviews stated. My house is very small since 2 people can't both get in the bathroom, she worked and he stood in the doorway talking. I know it is small which is why I had planned for 4 hours for only the two rooms. My house wasn't cleaned professionally for years so one could imagine how thick the dust and the gunks were. Natalia and Bohdan (might be a husband and wife tandem but I am not sure about it) were awesome. They meticulously cleaned my 1926 bungalow, from the ceiling, walls, windows, counters, and floors. They even dust off the figurines and appliances and cleaned the bottles like shampoo. It was sparkling clean after they were done!
