Honestly, this place has been a nightmare. They told us we'd get a call in 2-3 business days....nothing. We waited a week, then had to call them ourselves just to get answers. On top of that, we were told we had to make another appointment just to have a doctor go over our results. It's been over two weeks since then and still no response. I don't know how this clinic is still in existence! They will be very nice at the beginning trying to lure you into getting your IVF treatment with them. However, once your payment is in...guess what?! They would care less about you! Their nurses constantly make mistakes such as the gender of the embryo!!! The manager Eli only wants to talk to you regarding payment so your wallet will bleed each and every time you see him and he is nowhere to be found if you needed a medication to be called in urgently! Their back office staff Evelyn Lew and Ying Chen push each of their responsibilities back and forth! Not to mention the hidden charges that the clinic will keep hunting you down even after the treatment is over! This is not an IVF clinic but rather a bloody business that just wants to rip you off! They have only one regular doctor who spends maybe 5 mins with you at each appointment if you are lucky... if you have a ton of cash to throw away and don't mind the torture then you should COME here! We were referred to AFMC by a coworker. Our first impression of the place was surprisingly good/satisfied (this is the first clinic we visisted). We met with "E" and he was very professional in introducing the company and the overall process (because we didn't have much idea about IVF at the time). Because of "E's" expertise, we didn't have any doubts and signed with AFMC right away. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and nice here, the clinic is also very easy to find and in a great/quiet location. The office is so bright and pure and I do feel very relaxed and confident everytime I walked in here. Doctor "M" is very professional, experienced, and thorough on every step of the way. Our assigned assitant "T" was very very helpful and responsive during the whole process. We enjoyed connecting with everyone here and it was an amazing journey. I called this office and spoke to Lisa. I wanted to inform her that an infertility brunch was happening in the area. She was so rude and inconsiderate that I never got the chance to tell her why I was calling before she hung up. I called back, and she said, what is it you want? I said I wanted to invite women from her center to an infertility brunch and before I could say anything further, she said they wouldn't be interested in telling their clients about it and hung up. I know how hard it is to struggle with infertility and how lonely that can be. If the doctor's office doesn't care about spreading the word or even listening to what can benefit their patients, I have to wonder how much they care about making families' dreams come true. There are many infertility doctors in the Inland Empire, and I suggest doing your homework before putting all your eggs into this basket. read more

This review is for Dr. Wu. As 37 was quickly approaching, We were both busy professionals who had been trying for about a year and a half with no success. We discussed our options with Dr. Wu and went over the risks/benefits/advantages of all the fertility options they offer and we decided to proceed with IVF. The facility is equipped with the latest technology and even the phlebotomist is professional and sweet. The process of IVF is hard work-mentally, physically, and emotionally but clearly it's worth it. Fast forward to today and we had our 6-week ultrasound confirming a little boy is on the way.
