I got the Liberian Gravy w/ shrimp and the Torborgee with rice. The Liberian gravy really reminded me of a chinese egg and tomato dish. The gravy isn't like your typical brown gravy. It's more of a tomato based sauce flavored with some spices. It's pretty hard for me to describe... but it is more on the tart side as far as savory dishes go. Torborgee was more my speed. The beans were cooked to a nice soft consistency and felt nice and hearty since it was so cold outside. I loved the flavors it was cooked with beef in it which gave it an amazing heartiness. very earthy flavors. 10/10 would get again. Wish I got to try the fufu but. alas. maybe on a different trip.
