Super easy and convenient. My stylist was Senait and she was fabulous! I showed her pictures of my past haircuts I liked and she did a superb job recreating it. She was friendly and talkative without feeling like she had to talk to me the entire time. She did a fantastic job and I will absolutely go back to see her again. The whole appointment (wash, cut, dry and style) took about an hour and cost $95 (I have relatively long hair, I believe they quote a price range to account for length). The salon itself was busy and a bit loud. It is very bright (likely because they do hair and makeup) and felt more like a party rather than a relaxing place/spa. They have a ton of staff so I was taken back right away. When I went, both men and women were there for haircuts and someone was getting their makeup done. I went back recently to bleach my hair and I was so shocked by how good it came out - and in only 4-5 hours! He's definitely a professional and knows what he's doing especially when it comes to dying/bleach/toning and cutting short Asian hair to fit my face shape. I rarely need to tell him to fix or that I'm not satisfied with my hair; I trust his process and he's never failed me.
