The folks at Camper Land, Sapulpa were fabulous. They were very respectful, patient and did not pressure for a sale. They took all time needed to walk through signs and answer questions with honesty. They are on my short list for my next travel trailer. They also have a great selection of parts and accessories should you need that. We purchased a 2020 Winnebago View at the end of October, the buying process was easy, that is the only thing that has been. We were told to come back in a week and the unit would be ready to go with a thorough cleaning and everything in working order with a walkthrough to explain how things work. We arrived at our appointed time to find that several things still needed to be fixed, and parts that needed to be ordered, although they said it had been cleaned, I could not tell it, and the " walkthrough" was done by someone who kept saying, " I don't sell this model so I don't really know." We took the unit home with us with the assurance that we would have said parts quickly, well here we are into March and still no parts. My husband has been on the phone with the salesman, the parts people and still nothing, well that is misleading, we did receive one switch that was the wrong switch and 1 of 2 refrigerator drawers in February 13. Another phone call and pictures sent, on the 14th with a parts person, said he would get right back with us, well their right back and our right back must be 2 different things as we still have heard nothing. If I had it to do over again I would NOT make a purchase from CamperlandOk. Tulsa.We were really looking forward to enjoying this new to us unit and they have made it anything but enjoyable. My wife and I bought a new Jayco Whitehawk in January 2023. Gave them a list of repairs we noticed on the camper , ( at the time before signing loan papers ) we was told it'd be no longer than 2 weeks to get stuff fixed. Guess what ? Yep you guessed it, still not fixed. They have had 2 different mobile repair guys come out and have taken it to their shop to work on it where it came back in worse shape than it left with nothing actually fixed after having it for 2 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is terrible. I've dealt with both service writers , the part department head guy, our sales guy and now the online sales guy as well. Lots of we will get you fixed up and let me check status of parts. We had a 1995 Jayco Eagle that was a far better camper than this new one and didn't spent $43,000 on it. I should share all the group emails and even the 1-1 emails but will spare you the endless amount of reading further. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! Countertops ruined, cabinet trim bubbled up, slide seals come off, heater stays running and never shuts off, tall cabinet by bathroom falling apart, outside kitchen has issues, outside door on slide has a sprung hinge. The list goes on and on. Very frustrated ! Calling TTCU to discuss these issues tomorrow with their bank president and chief loan officer. read more

Think twice about doing business with Camperland. I bought a new trailer in January of 2022. Right away I began having trouble with it. I called and they offered suggestion about what I could do to resolve the issue, none of which worked. Finally in the early part of March I got put on their schedule to bring the trailer in for warranty repair on May 16. When I got there they had no record that I was supposed to bring it in (as I would find out later, this is standard procedure for this outfit). The repair was supposed to be completed the week after Memorial Day. I finally got it back on August 16. By this time I have had the trailer for 8 months and only used it one time for 3 days. In the three months they had the RV I called many times, was told they would call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK, not even once. I finally realized that these guys couldn't care less. All kinds of bull, but NO action. The final straw was when I ordered a part over the phone. They (supposedly) took down all of the information, but I was doubtful. When I checked on the status of the order 6 days later, true to form, they had no record of the order. I have a friend who has had the same experience I have. If you want to buy a new RV, go somewhere else and save yourself a world of headaches. read more

With living over an hour from the dealership, this made the transaction super easy. Avoid this place. Bought our trailer here and has been nothing but hell since. First off they shipped it to us and when we got it, nothing worked properly. The oven didn't work AT ALL, several indoor lights didn't work, the camper wasn't sealed properly so when it rained water got in and damaged some wood paneling on the inside, the screen door that was supposed to come with it was bent and doesn't work properly because it was bent. When I told them about these issues they told us to figure it out and let them know, they did in fact reimburse us but I'm still waiting on parts that were supposed to be shipped to us TWO MONTHS AGO. Not only did have we had issues with the trailer itself but we have had problems with the financing, we financed our sales tax into our initial financing. When we went to license our RV they said it was over $500 short! When we told them about them not sending us the right amount they told us that it's not their fault and that "human error happens". This place has the ABSOLUTE WORSR customer service of anyplace I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with them cause once you walk out the door they are done helping you. read more

Camperland is a nice place to look at campers. They have a very wide selection at reasonable prices that appeal to just about everyone in the market for an RV of any size and budget. My only issue with them is their honesty. We made arrangements for an RV purchase and were approved for our financing. They told us what our down payment would be so we wrote them a check on the spot. We took a day away from work to make the two hour drive to Tulsa to finish the deal and pick up our RV only to find out that, "Yes, you're approved. You just aren't approved for the RV you selected." Instead, they told us that we're approved for a more expensive trailer that we weren't interested in purchasing at a much larger monthly payment. I'd call it a bait and switch because that's really what it amounts to, but my much bigger issue is with their honesty in their financing arena. They could have told us that they wanted to do a bait and switch over the phone without us having to lose an entire day's work and wasting the day driving to Tulsa only to learn that we were lied to by our salesman and the finance staff. Yes, that's right. We were lied to. We can qualify for a larger payment, but they don't want to sell us something we feel we can better afford to purchase and already selected previously. That's dishonest. It's ok. I don't begrudge them too much. I simply went down the road and bought what I wanted at the other RV lot being approved and driving away THE SAME DAY without the bait and switch. If Camperland truly doesn't want to sell me what I feel I can afford, that's their loss and my saving a couple thousand bucks on the price of the same size RV I originally intended to purchase from Camperland. read more
