I explained I was stuck in traffic and couldn't call. I waited for 20 minutes and then had my pedicure. They have in the past made me wait 20 minutes when they were running late, and I didn't push back. Recommend Lee communicate politely with customers, and understand traffic and cell phones don't work!

On top of that he filed my nails completely down when I asked him to just soak the acrylic off because I was about to walk out with ugly nails plus an infection. It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect. As I checked out, they gave me a gift-a lovely green tea hand lotion. I felt like a superstar and was very happy with my nails.

The filing was borderline painful , as my nails were cut extremely short and then filed to the point my skin was tender. The individual doing my nails did nothing to make the experience at all pleasant and frankly seemed untrained. I'm disappointed spending money for such a low quality service.

I'm still one of the old schoolers who likes my nails shorter with basic nude tones. They' don't judge me too loudly, or at least they wait until I leave. They're nice and willing to help me find the most flattering au currant nude tone available. Their full service pedicure has become my pre-travel ritual the day before long flights to keep my legs feeling happy and comfortable.
