I've been looking for a place that would take there time on my nails, be very careful with my nails and who are nice. I had Abbi today and I could not be more happy with the service I had and how good my nails look! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them she took her time on each nail making sure it's the right length and that it was straight, she was so kind through the whole thing and didn't hurt my hand at all! My hands are super sensitive and I sometimes bite at the skin around it, she was the first nail tech I have ever had that hadn't hurt my hand not once! She said what she was doing and made sure everything looked good before she set it and I had brought in some nail charms she put them on without any question, told me what to do if they fell off, I've never been happier with my nails! I was never really the one to get acrylics done regularly but Chey may have changed that! I've gone to her twice to get my nails done and she's done awesome each time. Plus I love that Chey doesn't use plastic tips for acrylic! Every salon I went to before this one they used the plastic tips and when they would break off they'd ruin my nail beds for 2-3 months. The only reason I come to this salon is because my nail lady works here. Other wise I probably would be to scared to get my hair done here. It's like a glitter bomb went off and no one had cleaned it up for a couple years. When you look close it's pretty old and just worn out. I had 2 appointments set up with their nail technician Katelyn. The first time, she had not informed me she was sick and was not going to be in. So I went and someone else helped me with my nails and I was understanding. Still, she had not let me know or try to reschedule my appointment at all. The second time, I had scheduled for my birthday and she double booked me and one other person. No one helped me, I called and complained and honestly they seemed like they could care less. I let Katelyn know, but it was wildly unprofessional to mess up my appointment not once, but twice. If you are going to run your own business, organization is a huge responsibility and I get that. But there are a lot of recourses to help keep you organized. I would never go back to this salon because of the issue I had with this nail tech, and the lack of care the salon seemed to even have. read more

I've been getting my nails done for a almost 2 years @ Pinks Salon. It's one of the cutest salons. They have lots of nail techs to make appoibtments with. & booking appointments through their online system is so easy, with any tech that has an availability, for any service they offer. Everything is clean and well sanitized. The nail techs truly care about the sanitation in which they do their work, and how their work is done. This salon also offers hair, waxing, brow services etc. This is a no kid salon, as there is a lot of expensive equipment and product within kids reaches. Which makes the salon relaxing and quiet. You truly get what you pay for, which is beautiful work. I've had more than one tech do my nails. In the pictures I've posted. read more

The nail ladies were rude and my lady was trying to show me an inspiration video and one of the hair ladies came and yelled at us for having the video too loud (with all the other noise I couldn't hear it anyway so I have no idea how she heard it and not me). Chenni is the best!! She does such great acrylic and gel nails that LAST. Her designs and artwork is incredible - She hand paints them, but they look like stickers! She's the sweetest thing ever. 100% go to her!! read more

I was told by katelyn love ridge at pinks that she would not do my nails because she didn't feel that her work was being respected and that it was always being ruined and it was a waste of her time and supplies. I don't recommend her. Very poor business skills. As far as the salon pinks goes I've never been to anybody else there. read more

Incredibly rude staff that simply glare at you when you walk in - right through their doors that exclaim "walk-ins welcome". Keep in mind - this was after attempting to contact the business multiple times, and I walked in 2+ hours before closing. It's not that they didn't have time. It's not that they didn't have staff - there were plenty sitting around glaring, and nothing else. Save your time and frustration. read more

Love the atmosphere here. Been getting my nails done here for a couple of years. I go to Serene, great job on acrylic, and super fast. I like that my nails don't lift and look good until my next appointment. Everyone here is easy to talk to, and cares about their work. Well my first visit was on Tuesday this past week to get a lash lift which went well but my friend and I waited for a good 20-25 minutes with no one to greet us or ask if we had been helped which I mean was fine we got there about ten minutes early so we didn't mind too much. My friend had to go tell a worker I had an appointment, the worker then helped us (luckily I brought a friend who is more outspoken than I am.) She was nice, the girl who did my lashes did a great job which is why this is a 3 star rating. Second time coming in was today 6/30 which was fine I was asked within 3 minutes if I had been helped and I hadn't so the worker helped me and pointed me on my way to the hair stylist. Hair stylist was nice and pleasant to talk to, my only issue is that I wanted balayage hair and I got... well, I don't even know what to call it. It's not balayage hair, it's like huge chunks of highlights which are brassy and yellow and I'm just not happy about my hair at all. I mean it's part my fault for not insisting on doing another round of toner. But basically I hate my hair and i want to cut it all off now. Now I have to go to another salon this upcoming week to correct the color because it's just... awful and I want to cry because of how hideous my hair looks. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star review is because the lash girl and the stylist were very nice. Just be careful and maybe check out the stylists Instagram before you book an appointment. I added photos of my hair and what I was going for. (Please keep in mind that I have done balayage hair in the past and never had it look like this, I was never at a transitioning period in the past where I absolutely hated my hair.) read more

My experience at this salon was terrible! I had a gel manicure scheduled for both my mom and I, and when we arrived for our appointment we couldn't find the nail techs were suppose to do our nails. NO one would help us, let alone talk to us. I asked several of the other nail techs there where our nail techs were and they flat out ignored me. No help at all. We waited 15 minutes, and nothing. So we left. Which maybe in retrospect was a good thing since the salon and the people working there didn't look very clean. read more

One word. OVERPRICED. I went in there for a full set and it was $70 plus tip and the following day one of the nails fell off and I requested to have it fixed immediately and the lady that I saw told me that she wouldn't be able to fix one nail until two and a half weeks later which to me was unacceptable. Never going again and would not recommend. read more

I got my nails done here by Kayla. They were able to get me a next-day appointment. Y'all, the gel polish lasted 6 whole weeks- all through the corona virus shutdown phase. I'll definitely go here again when things ease up on restrictions! read more

I see their nail tech Mary Roberts and she always does an amazing job. My nails are beautiful and the heel polish lasts the weeks if I need them too. The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly. You can tell they get along really well. read more
