My stove's fan was making a loud noise this past winter so I called around to find someone who could come out and look at it and replace it. Either nobody would respond to my calls or wouldn't look at it because they didn't install it. One of those people gave me Hot Spot Stoves & Mechanical phone number. Jesse responded immediately. He came out looked at it and to my relief was able to order a new fan and install it. Jesse is very professional and a very nice person. Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. I guess it's up to you whether or not you do business with them if you do good luck.
