My stove's fan was making a loud noise this past winter so I called around to find someone who could come out and look at it and replace it. Either nobody would respond to my calls or wouldn't look at it because they didn't install it. One of those people gave me Hot Spot Stoves & Mechanical phone number. Jesse responded immediately. He came out looked at it and to my relief was able to order a new fan and install it. Jesse is very professional and a very nice person. If you have will call for your propane service you had better start calling for a refill while your tank is still half full. You need to call, email, call, and email again to get a response and if you're lucky, they'll show up and charge you twice the going rate for propane in the state. Probably because they're losing business left and right. Everyone I know is jumping ship for other companies because they're unreliable and also underhanded in their billing. Do yourself a favor and go find another propane supplier. There are plenty of them out there that are a lot easier to deal with than Hocon.
