WALA, I found 3 of them right within close vicinity of one another in Hesperia... couldn't help myself... visited all 3 in one day LOL. Rainbow T-House is kinda hidden IMHO. Can't really see it from the main street. They are located in a small plaza. Anyway, it's a humble little place. Got couple drinks... Mango Green Tea and Peach Green Tea. I liked the mango (had a stronger fruit flavor) more than the peach (tasted a tad watered down peach). I probably should have tried their milk tea... oh well. Staff was very friendly and helpful with their recommendations. Prices are reasonable... nothing too outrageous. Parking is okay... lot was practically empty when we were there. She says I can get 2 breakfast sandwiches to compensate the price, ok I pick my options and wait, at this point everything was ok, I did think the customer service was definitely not there but I dont like judging based on a first time. I get my sandwiches and go to my car, the coffee was pretty good, I am going to be honest, I got the iced coffee with coconut and maccadamia, so since I drove 45 minutes, I decided to placed another order of the same coffee because I had almost finished it, placed the mobile order, and walked in to wait in the tables with the AC, email said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, theres literally no one there, So I wait the 15 minutes and nothing, so I walked to the pick up area so they can see me because at this point I notice theres literally no one in the front, so Im thinking they probably forgot about my order, I go over to the counter, to kind of peek to see of theres anyone I can get their attention, when I notice a coffee just sitting there, I go over to check and it is my order, no one told me it was ready, they saw me sitting there waiting and at no point did anyone say "oh your coffee is actually ready" this is my first time, I dont know their dinamics, usually in any coffee place they call your order or name to let you know its ready, but nothing, so Im just waiting there, I dont know how long the coffee has been there, It was a huge dissapointment. I was actually so excited to try it, I mean I drove 45 minutes to get here, I was very surprised with the type of service at this establishment, the drinks might be ok, but unfortunately this experience would not make me come back here and rather take my business elsewhere. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.
