The service was friendly and the deck has a nice view of downtown, but that's about all of the positives. The cortado I ordered was middle-of-the-road (rating--3) and more like a latte and the semi-stale chocolate chunk cookie (1) tasted like it came from a bad grocery store bakery. The inside (1) was dingy, cluttered and smelled bad and parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Looks like owner/management is absentee or just doesn't care. My advice is grab-and-go some coffee if you really need a cup or sit on the deck if it's nice. read more

Cute little spot in the mountains! We stopped by for a quick breakfast after camping nearby, and it was a pleasant surprise. The sandwich was surprisingly tasty, fresh and flavorful. Their hot matcha is my boyfriends and mines favorite, it is so sweet and literally beats any overhyped matcha place from LA!! The decor is not modern but the mirror is fantastic. Food is pretty good but they never answer their phones. I tried numerous times to call to place a pickup order but they won't answer their phones. I had to go and stand in line to place the order. Because of this decided not to get anything if I didn't want to wait in line for a simple order. Also they often can't handle making a simple egg bagel sandwich and tell customers they can only do the "lighter" menu. They should train their staff better instead of turning away business or hire more help. read more

When you come to a small mountain town you can imerse yourself in the lifestyle if you choose so. We tried this local wine cellar to experience what the town could offer and truly enjoyed it. Greg here gave us a spectacular wine tasting experience and the whole way through we felt as if we were family. At the end we couldn't help but to purchase some of his awesome recommendations and we left feeling content with our wine adventure. The next morning we came back to enjoy a custom made spritzer by Greg and again were left with a great experience. This is a place We usually stop in coming from a ride in on Ach highway. It's a mandatory stop. A quick relax and unwind with beer and sometimes finger foods. However this special occasion they were serving ribs. Ribs, potatoe salad, corn, and Texas toast all for 15 bucks. How can you go wrong? Not to mention it was pretty darn good. They also have a pretty great selection of wine and beer. I always just stick to the lager. If you're in wrightwood, you need to check this place out and give it some business. The lavender latte with soy milk is pure amazement. I inquired if the lavender was vegan and found out the lavender here is literally boiled lavender and sugar water. It sounds quite whimsical if you ask me. They also have wine tasting but I have not tried that. The food looked interesting but no vegan options as far as I could tell. The employees and owner are so welcoming! I've had multiple drinks there and they were the absolute best! They have an outdoor seating area and indoor. They also have a restroom as well. And I wasn't able to find a clear entrance and just walked through open gates and tables. I think you order at the bar and seat yourself/someone will seat you if it's busier. Then they deliver to your table. Our meal came out to $90 for 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, and a side of marinated olives. Would not come again.

Being in a party of 4 girls coming from high tea, we were dressed in elegant dresses, first comment was asking if we were coming from church, followed by eye flutters, short "okay" with an upward inflation to a joke about the day, an impatient comment about hurrying up and trying the wine while we were talking, asked for water when we were out, were left to pour the rest of our wine, didn't ask how the food was all the while was attentive to the table behind us, the cherry on top comment was when we were discussing the bill at the end, he was hovering at the table behind ours, then when we were ready, we asked to split the bill into 2, my portion on mine and the rest on another card, he then said "this isn't like a drive through, we can't do it that way" so I asked him to explain his comment, cause it was passive agressive and rude. After he wasnt able to becuase he wasnt expecting me to call out his rude comment, I had to then break it down and specify what I had ordered, he then sold "okayyyy....so how much, cause we don't itemize?" I had to again express for him to specify how they do it cause he has still yet to explain where his attitude is coming from and explain how they do their check splits, from my understanding it just felt like he wanted to play dumb and make me to the math, one I did he was like "ohh, okay" should have asked for the manager but we paid and left, I hasnt had this experience before being a returning customer, but he needs an attitude adjustment as his attitude was completely out of pocket. Do better Manuel, you alone got your place of work a 1 star. The rest of the staff was kind, facility beautiful and food and wine was good. This restaurant is not reflected in the 1 star.
