Since he would have to travel and get the pump I was allowed to pay the cost of the part only until he could return to fix the washing machine. The pump was affordable as far as comparable ones online ,in fact, it was actually cheaper. The next day he was able to come back out, take apart my washing machine, and install the pump. Only then, after the job was complete did I have to pay the balance of the labor costs. It works like a brand new washer and I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service that I was provided. I will call them again with any appliance issues in the future.
