Bohdan was exceptional, he was able to get over to look at my washer and dryer the same day I called. The service call quote was reasonable and other companies I called wanted to charge two separate service calls when I asked to look at the dryer as well, which is ridiculous. Bohdan didn't do this, just charged for one service call. After he looked at it, he actually recommended I replace the washer because the transmission showed signs of oil leakage and the washer could give out any day, but he said he could fix the current issue with 2 other parts. I sincerely appreciated the honesty, because he wasn't trying to upsell me and falsly guaranteee the machine would work for 5 years after his fix.
