Dropping my rzr on a Monday & not a thing being done at end of week is one thing, but the wrong order, an attitude & no apology is what bugs me.. I explained 3 different times & what I needed 200 hr service & chase bar. I finally sent my assistant to pick it up & take it directly to another business where it got handled in 2 days. It was supposed to be ready by my birthday. If there was an apology or some business 101 remorse (let me see what we can do) I N would have left it. None. I have many patients & friends that will no longer be using their service. Sad. I won't lower my customer service bar.

We needed to get the bike towed to North County they set us up with some guy I consider a clown with poor reviews they set it up I paid for it and that he didn't zip up the saddlebags and damaged the rear fender. I reached out to the dealership and got nothing but the run around from the salesman. I even sent a letter to the owner Glenn Bagge who didn't even bother to contact me. He just pawned it off on the tow company he used. He didn't even have the courtesy of helping with a solution. If I owed him money he would have been right on it. This goes to show you how he feels about customers once he has the money in hand is my take on him. Please note we never took the bike it went straight from the dealership to North County. Best buying experience in my entire life, and I am not exaggerating…read more First of all: this dealership has no "hidden fees". NO ADM, no gimmicks, no sales speech, no "BS". They won't even be trying to push financing, or try to sell you any extended warranty or service plan. Nothing. Therefore I didn't even think about negotiating anything. I went online to reserve the vehicle I really wanted. After you are done with the online reservation, you get a draft bill of sale right away by email with your final OTD price (again, no markup, you get MSRP+transport+taxes). It takes about 1 minute, literally. You need a $300 deposit via credit card to complete this step. Fair. I showed up to write a check and get my vehicle. The whole process took 18 minutes total, I almost didn't have time to take photos for yelp (!) AND I got a physical, final, hard license plate too, not even a temporary one, on a brand new vehicle. I worked with Melo from the sales department. Nice, competent, professional awesome guy. I can only highly recommend this motorcycle dealership. Best experience ever.
