Ricky is the man with the plan, he helped me obtain a 2016 zx10r when most other dealerships wouldn't approve me to finance because I don't have enough credit history. He was very resourceful and always kept me up to date with options available. He did everything he could to help me and I can't appreciate him and his team enough. The reviews are true!!! This review may be long but stick with me. When I got to AK Motors, Ricky greeted me. He wasn't pushy or walking along side me starting up small talk. He just told me a few things that got my attention. (If you want to know what he said, you are just gonna have to e to come down here for yourself.) I even told him I was gonna check out a few other places and see what happens. Several days later, I come back and check out a few bikes and made a decision on one of them. He gave me options on payment types and I took advantage of them. He even went the extra mile to add a few comfort items. He told me about their extended warranty which did make me feel even more at ease that my investment would be taken care of plus GPS. They had other packages but those two were the ones I wanted. We shake on it and he takes the bike to the mechanic's bay for a final inspection. Next came the paperwork. Here's where Adi comes in. He gets the bill of sale and some other documents filled in. He even tells me about the registration which I was gonna do on my own. (About me, my last bike had since 2007. I like to keep my stuff. Since it's been a while since I bought a bike. And never got one from a dealership. So this is all new.) So he tells me the reasons why it's better to get the registration done and out the way and not be under the clock to get it registered. There's a time limit. And that did help me because I didn't want to have to wait in another line at another place when I can be riding. Adi sent me all the dox I signed via email and I just had to wait for the inspection to be completed. The bike is ready. A hard charger named Quaid gives me the briefing. He shows me the document of what was inspected and what was detected that needed to be fixed. He found one of the fairings was missing a clip. Took care of it. He walks me around the bike showing me the features and what to look for and proper care. One of the things Ricky offered was the OEM mirrors. I wanted them on there. Good to see he passed the word to Quaid. Just by listening to Quaid talk about my bike, I can tell he knows his stuff which gives me confidence that he treated my bike like it was his. Now it's time to ride. They give me my GPS and the keys and I'm ready to roll out. Full transparency, before making the deal, I did ask about test riding it. Ricky did say I would have to purchase first before riding and that I have one hour or 100 miles to make up my mind. If I didn't like it we pick another bike or refund my money and tear up the contract. He told me no one has ever wanted to trade or refund. I won't lie. I was hesitant. But when I thought about the reviews of this place, I got the confidence to go thru with the purchase. Ok, back to the last part of this review. Just a heads up, I did check out a few other places. I am not throwing shade, I am stating my experience. Del Amo was a very nice and manicured dealership but no one didn't even try and approach me. And it wasn't even busy in there but all their folks were sitting at their desks. Fun Bike Center was another nice place. One person did stop by to welcome me but they were a bit expensive. Onyx was a nice dealership. Someone did stop to talk. A good experience but I felt better with AK motors. And my intuition is right. Time to ride. So I give my handshakes to Ricky, Adi, and Quaid and extend my appreciation for making the entire experience smooth and easy to work with. Everything they said they were gonna do, they did. I rode my bike home and I am very impressed with my selection and with the quality of the bike. I will definitely purchase my next bike...because having one isn't enough...from them. Are you looking to purchase a preowned motorcycle and go through a seamless buying process? Are you wanting no ADM fees? Look no further, you've found the place! I was in the market for a preowned motorcycle as I was wanting to get on two wheels and I came across this place. Being a bit far from me (90 miles one way) to just come and "look", I decided to browse their extensive inventory online. They carry all of the popular bikes (CBR600RR's, R6's, 1000RR's, etc.) so it was extremely difficult to choose. After going through the process of elimination I narrowed it down and filled out the finance application. Not long after I received a text from Jessica in regards to my application and inquiring which bike I was interested in. She was able to answer all of my questions via text and sent me more photos of the bikes as well. I narrowed it down to one bike and completed all of my paperwork electronically (except the DMV paperwork which needs to be done in person). I chose to pick up my bike today (Saturday) since it was the only day I was available to get to the shop before they close. There are a few parking spots out front if you're getting a ride there. The shop looks small inside, but all 200+ bikes are housed inside neatly. Out in the back is the shop area where the bikes are worked on. Mo (or Moe) showed me my bike and gave me a brief rundown of it and answered any questions I had. After checking out my bike it took about 10 minutes to complete the rest of my paperwork. Mileage doesn't matter, at least in my opinion. It all depends how the bike was ridden and if maintenance was kept up-to-date. A lot of their bikes have higher mileage but are in excellent condition, such as mine. Most have new tires and all of them come with a GPS tracker in case your bike gets stolen. If you can't pick up the motorcycle, delivery is available! Customer service was excellent and my experience was pleasant. I would not hesitate to buy another motorcycle from them in the future. I made the 90 mile ride home and was extremely happy with my purchase. I smiled all the way home. read more

So I am going to write this review with experience on both sides of customer service. As a plumbing service technician I deal with customers/clients everyday. So I know how much it means to.keep.a customer happy with my service. After all it is their house that they need to feel safe and comfortable in. Now to my point with AK Motors. I will start off by saying they are great to deal with and make buying a motorcycle very easy and I can't complain . Now the most important part of my experience is the fact they put on the website that every motorcycle has just been fully serviced and as a customer I put my full trust to be able ride away and not worry about all the things that full service and inspection include..well thats not the case. I got my bike and it hadn't even been washed( not a.big deal) but the important part is after a rode 3 hours to.my house and was staring at my new bike . I noticed the chain was beyond loose and the coolant level was way below the low level..these.e are the 2 easiest things to inspect on a motorcycle. So now I'm completely second guessing they safety of my bike. So I have to take.it to a local shop and have a inspection done. I understand things can be overlooked but this is just not acceptable. I would totally be fine with this if they don't advertise every bike being fully serviced and they are pricing on the high end of the market. So they should be honest when saying it's fully serviced or just not say that at all. And for those reason they are a dealership I would suggest looking elsewhere.. read more

I came to AK motors for a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan in saw on their website. This is my first bike, so I was pretty green in what to ask and how the process worked. Jenny was so nice and helpful and got me through the whole process, and no one there made me feel weird for being inexperienced. I was still waiting for my M1 to process so I wasn't able to ride off the lot and they were able to ship to me which was really helpful as well. Moe delivered the bike after the multi-point inspection and cleaning, answered my questions, and let me know that I can bring it back for service when it's time since they service as well. A few days after delivery I got a text checking in to make sure all was well with the bike, which I thought was a nice touch. I was looking to upgrade from a Kawasaki Ninja 400 to a Kawasaki zx6r. I was actually looking through Facebook marketplace and I saw that they had one available. I reached out to them wanting to trade in my motorcycle for that one they were pretty detailed on how the process would go and made it very easy on what I needed to do and what information they needed. I decided to go in on my own time to inspect the vehicle and ask a whole bunch of questions that's when I was introduced to Jessica (front desk) who was super nice and very informative, Adi (I believe that how you spell his name apologies) as well nice and informative, Q a young man super knowledgeable about various bikes and their information they even pulled the bike out for me let me inspect and get on the bike to see how it feels. While I was there they had a huge variety of bikes from what I saw and after asking them so many questions and concerns I had they answered them very thoroughly. A thing I would like to point out was one of the workers there Jessica actually had brought in her Kawasaki zx6r to work that day with the same m4 street slayer exhaust on the zx6r I wanted. She was super nice to actually bring me outside and turn it on for me to see how it sounded and even did some blips for me. After that visit I gave it about 1-2 weeks to fully make the decision and go through with it. During those 2 weeks kept in touch with Jessica who helped me throughout the entire process. She was very informative and was super easy to get information and reach out to the entire time and was pretty quick at responding. Once I came to purchase the Kawasaki zx6r and trading in my motorcycle they did a full inspection of my bike that's when I met their mechanic Mo (hopefully I spelled it correctly and again apologies if not) and was very informative and even brought me out to watch and see what they were inspecting saw and thought. After that we started the process it was pretty quick because during the 1-2 weeks while keeping in touch with Jessica we knocked out a whole lot of the process there without me having to come in and I lived 30 minutes away because like I said above. After everything and purchase Mo, Adi, Jessica, and Q made sure I was set with everything before I headed out they even all went through the bike, including features, how to operate the features went through it all and some more info from facts and experiences of the zx6r that they all had. I would say at the end of everything I was pretty pleased on how everything went on how nice, informative they were and easy and painless it was to do everything. They were also all really kind to invite me to any group rides they had by just reaching out to them. read more
