They had more offerings when it comes to parts. I been looking for Honda Motorcycle oil without having to order it online and had no luck until here - sure you can use other oil but I like to keep it as original as it gets. Honda (car) dealerships don't even sell Honda Motorcycle oil. They even sell the OEM brand battery. I came in asking about some things as I am learning to do things on my own inside of paying a lot of money to get things serviced. The guy at the parts was very kind in helping me guide me to things I'd need. And said if I can take out the battery and bring it in he can see what might be wrong with it... if it needs a replacement or a charge. Will be shopping here more often! read more

I only ride my sister in law's quad once a year on an annual guys trip. I usually use my brother's loaner helmet. This year I thought I would just buy my own, and went shopping for the least expensive helmet. I explained my situation to Maddie and she said sure, here is our least expensive one and said she would be glad to sell me that one. But like a true professional sales person she took me to the wall that had more helmets than a cantina has tequila bottles! I thought it was just to help identify the proper size for my head. It's just a brain bucket, right? No she wanted me to feel the difference between helmets and pass on a little education. She sized me up alright, understanding I was trying to be cheap she found a Troy Lee Designs that was on sale. She was keen enough to bring out a red one knowing from the conversation that I was riding a Honda. I was also looking to get a pair of goggles with two lenses and she suggested two separate ones which, because they were on sale, cost less than the one where I would have to swap out the lenses. We went out to the desert last weekend and rode for three days straight. What a difference a nice new clean and of course well fitted helmet makes. Well worth the investment. Thank you Maddie. Went in for my initial service for my Tenere 700. I had a coupon for a filter and oil "free" that the dealer gave me when I bought the bike about 3 weeks ago. They basically deducted $59.xx and then turned around and added another $60 on the work order. I asked about it and Rick in service could not explain it to me so he got the service manager (Mike proo) to clear it up. Mike grabbed the work order and printed out another order but without the added $60 detailed on it. He handed it to me after trying to explain the added cost which effectively canceled the coupon for the filter and oil. Classic stealership move. The sales department pulled a similar move when o purchased the bike. $1000.00 cash back from Yamaha...then added another $1000.00 mark up! I ride out of there feeling like I got ripped off. He offered to give me a discount only after I reminded him of the shady service he had given me with two previous bikes at another dealership a long time ago. I refused his offer to discount. For the record, my first bad service experience with him was in 1998 with a KLR 650. Second bad experience was with a 2015 R6. Today with the Tenere 700. If I had known he was the service manager there, I would've purchased the bike somewhere else. read more
