I have been using my plumbing services for several jobs from backflow to plumbing issues. He is normally on time and comes when he says that he will show. I have been using this plumbing services for a few years and never put it together that he was sabbotaging my backflow system for several years. I have had to pay him several times to fix a busted backflow after the winter ends. Last year he pretty much guaranted me that my backflow would not burst because he shut it down properly. Before summer got to hot I contacted Micheal Young "My plumbing company" to complete the yearly inspection. He told me that I would be the first on his list to get my backflow inspected. He never showed up after several text in asking him to complete that inspection. He finally answered a phone call and stated that he had a big job that he was trying to complete and he would get to me before he went out to do the big job or after hours once he finished work for that day. I told him I would prefer to get it completed before he went to his big job. He never showed up. I texted, I called and never received a response. This was in April. This is now August and my system was still down and I was having to use water hoses to try and keep my yard from dying. I finally called City of Killeen and received a list of backflow companies and had one company to come out to only show me that my whole backflow PVC system was busted along with the bell. After having to pay $303.46 to have my system repaired I contacted Micheal to let him know that I had to have my system repaired due to the PVC and the Bell needing replacement. I felt he should share in that cost since he lied about coming to fix the system and not properly securing the system. Through his text he asked me if I was sure that I used his company and not Micheal Dial from A&D? I would think I would know who I used if I have your services locked in my phone. After sending him pictures of my backflow system he finally sent a text stating that he was the one who fixed my system and completed my test inspection last year. He asked for an invoice receipt from the company that repaired the system. I sent it. He then says they did not stated what they repaired when in fact they stated exactly what they repaired on their invoice. I sent him pictures of the broken PVC in my trash can along with the repaired backflow system. Micheal wanted to continue text conversation after stating that he was headed to another job yesterday morning. Being a plumber this dude stated " I'm just trying to understand how it busted like die to freezing do the was pressure or an impact Etc?" these are his words exactly. I finally was feed up with his skating around through text instead of being a professional and taking time to call to resolve the issue and told him through text that I want my reimbursement since he guaranteed by mouth that I would not have to fix my back flow again. His question 'so now you're going to claim I did an incomplete job". I told him no to keep texting me these bs conversations. Just send me my money. He then tries to use this as an insult and states "I hope you don't think your going to get anything out of me talking to me that way". This man has stood in my acctic and literally cursed his son out so loud that I could hear it in my home. This company is unprofessional and unaccountable for his mistakes. Be mindful, if you do use this company because he will try to use his home issues for sympathy.

On Aug 4 I contacted Mike @ his cell number that was given to me by my daughter who had him do some…read morework at her place of employment. Her and I have had several jobs done by Michael @ Patriot Plumbing in the past. I asked her for the number to Michael, thinking it was Michael @ Patriot Plumbing. In her phone directory she had Mike and Michael. The first one that came up was Mike. I needed cast iron drain replaced that had been previously replaced by the homes previous owner and bypassed with PVC outside of the wall. One of Mike's professed plumbers showed up with a rookie helper that knew virtually nothing about plumbing to do the job. The plumbing to be replaced was in the crawl space under the house. Neither plumber or helper ever wore shoe covers to walk in and out carrying tools and equipment to the crawl space to do the job. One of the things needed to do the job was PVC for the drain. Rather than measure and cut the PVC on the back patio where they had all of their equipment, the helper was told to take the 8/10 foot piece of drain PVC through the house to a hallway leading to the entrance to the crawl space, there to be cut as need with a saw, leaving the PVC dust on the floor. When the new PVC drain was finally re-routed inside the inside wall it was protruding 3/4 inch outside the wall studs, which he estimated to be only 1/4 inch at the time that would not interfere with the sheetrock. The reason it stuck out was that the angled fittings were not aligned before they were glued. I told him that was OK at the time so I could get him and his helper out of the house and I could fix that mess. He said he leak-checked it but he never turned the water back on until he was headed to the unmarked truck when he said he would turn the water back on. I replaced the sheetrock by placing 3/4 inch furring strips on all the studs on that wall. After the wall was finished we moved the washer and dryer back into the utility room to hook them up only then did we discover that the washer access panel for the water and drain hose were not installed properly in that they did not cut out the plug for the drain hose to fit into the drain. We managed to cut out the hole that was supposed to be done before installation according to installation instructions for that cheap access panel. When the cost of $1970.00 was above my daily limit for my debit card I called Mike and told him I could not pay with my debit card, I would have to wright a check. He said he was on the road and would meet me at the DQ and asked me what vehicle I would be driving. I wrote the check for $2000.00 even cause I am 83 years old and don't want to figure out how to get that many words on the amount line. I made the check to the plumbing company that I thought I was dealing with because of the wrong phone number I was given up front and both were run by Mike and Michael. When I arrived at the DQ a man walked up to the truck and said hi. I said who are you, I don't know you. He said he was Mike from the plumbing company. I had made out the check to the plumber I thought I was dealing with and he said that was not his company. I told him I would make out another check and he said to leave the pay to part of the check blank. I am still waiting for my bank statement to see who it was payed to. After that day my e-mail started receiving requests for payment from My Plumbing Company a project of All My Services a Private Membership/Ministry Association for Invoice#001135 for $1970.00 that was considered a donation. It is now 17 days after that check was written and I called Mike back and asked about the e-mails and he said something to the effect of he forgot to mark that paid. Dealing with this outfit has been a nightmare that I am just glad to put behind me. Do not recommend ever using this plumbing company or what ever it is to do anything.

I would recommend Nate to anyone and everyone who requires plumbing work. He's absolutely meticulous, overly critical of his own work and you can see he takes pride in what he does, it seems to be getting harder to find a tradesman who has that level of pride in what they do. Upon arrival we mentioned what the problem was (broken outside water faucet valve) and he proceeded to check out the faucet. He went back to his truck and brought out the proper tools (2 channel lock pliers) only to find out he needed "the big guns." He brought a pipe wrench and immediately removed the leaky faucet and replaced with a proper one. We learned about the backflow preventer value and its history from Darren. He had that faucet repaired within 30 minutes. That was yesterday. Today he returned to replace our irrigation system supply line that had busted during last year's freezer. He cut out the old plumbing and replaced with a new one. He was very quick and pleasant to talk to.
