Probably the best measure of customer service is how a business decides to deal with a problem. I ordered a backhoe attachment on June 1, 2017. Kubota back ordered the equipment and that was going to put me behind schedule for my project. Dave at OVS pulled some strings to get me a loaner excavator that I could use until the backhoe arrived. They try to get as much information out of you while on the phone and then they get mad when you ask questions.

For example their 2015 John Deere 8370RT is listed as their own, however after reverse image searching, it comes up as a previous auction on BigIron on Nov 3, 2023.
