I was truly astonished that Sarah made the effort to make suggestions that were based on functionality and not on profit. I was willing and wanted to pay for a more extensive design but, her advice made for a more functional area that works much better for my mom then what I had envisioned. With the added bonus of lowering the total cost by 6% because of removing the "fluff" that I had originally thought was needed. Any good reviews for this business is only because they don't watch them during the construction. The siding is good, the installers are far from professional and knowledgeable. Pictures are of the side where the faucet was leaking for three days and the electric wires on the siding that were removed without turning the power off. Quality Flooring installed new wood flooring in our guest room during a renovation in June 2025…read more. Some of the boards started peeling this June. I contacted John Milea,the service manager, and requested that the flooring be replaced. I sent him pictures of the damaged areas, and he did a site visit. I was advised that they would repair a few boards but replacement would cost a minimum of $2400 depending on flooring selected. He also sent an email stating the following: "We believe the installation was done correctly and that all in all you don't like the material selection that was made a year ago." I responded that what I didn't like was peeling wood and adhesive showing between boards. He also said that the current peeling was probably caused by moisture from a leak. Five boards were replaced on July 17th by a Quality Flooring Installer, and he said there was no underlying moisture. Obviously, the flooring is defective. I will definitely look elsewhere for any other floor replacement.

They recently put a beautiful front porch on our house, which is well constructed and looks terrific. We are about to have it painted but wanted to share these photos of the finished product before paint. K & K is reliable, responsive, and will work with homeowners and businesses to ensure the product is exactly as expected. We greatly appreciate their work ethic and their Commitment to quality.
