I felt so excited to see the results. It has been years since I got a pedicure! She asked me if I wanted my toe nails polished but I did not bring any polish. So, I made my next appointment for 2 months. Yolanda is very professional and has years of experience. She informed Dr. Brandy of a soft spot on my heal and the doctor ordered me an ointment to apply. Everything was so relaxing and I felt like I was cared for really well. The first two surgeries were basically flat foot reconstruction surgery and the last one was to take out a plate that was bothering me from my first surgery. When coming here you have to interact with Ms BIANCA. She is one of the front desk clerks who is amazing! She greets you by name when you walk in! I love how she's very personable. I never know how she remembers all these patient names. But yes outstanding customer service. I love her! Next up is Ms. CATHY who takes you back and gets your vitals. She is always nice and makes sure she listens to any concerns you have. She always seems to be in a great mood and you can really see she cares about her job and her patients. Next comes my surgeon, DR. BHAKTA. Now when I first met Dr Bhakta it was very quick. He was not very personable or great at listening to ME. I believe this was because he had serviced my dad brother grandpa you name it. i think he believed he knew that I needed surgery. He was not so great at being patient and listening was not there. I felt like he held my life in his hands my surgeries did not go as planned and I feel my life has been forever changed. Words cannot express how this process has been for me. Let's move on to one of his assistants Ms AMBER in my experience she was the absolute worse. She took out my stitches for my first surgery and was not gentle. She made remarks about how many incisions I had saying "wow he sure cut you up like meat" and continued to laugh at my pain while taking my stitches out. She never offered to console me or stop she thought my pain was hilarious. I noticed one of my incisions were not healed and bleeding and when I brought it to her attention she brushed it off and put a cast on me which later turned into a infection. highly do not recommend her for anything. The only reason I feel she was nicer taking out my stitches from this last surgery was because she wanted a good review. She was kind this go around and even offered to help put on my boot which she has never done in the past. Quite frankly I feel she acts as if she doesn't want to touch you sometimes. I just don't recommend her at all! Moving on to therapy Dr. STEVEN is AMAZING!! He is very personable offers very genuine advice and listens to all your concerns. He answers every concern and question you have thoroughly and knowledgeable. Last but not least My good sus Ms. SHAY I love her. I owe all my recovery to her. There was days I truly wanted to give up and just not push through all of this but she not only encouraged me but pushed me to do and be my best! She is truly a gem. She was very relatable understanding and answered all my concerns professionally and when she didn't know she always got the answer for me. I didn't know that therapy was a key part of this process until she came into my life and I'm truly grateful for her. Overall some of the front desk ladies could get a little more training in professionalism and being more genuine when dealing with patients concerning payments or scheduled appointments. I work in customer service myself I know it can be frustrating but I pride myself in making sure every customer has a great experience. I would not recommend this place! I am still currently in excruciating pain every single day since my surgeries!!

He…read moreis very professional, highly skilled, efficient and has a way about him that just makes you comfortable. He gets 5 stars and I would recommend him as a Podiatrist any day of the week... The office however... more so their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. For each of my procedures, the doctor wanted a follow up (f/u) visit 2 weeks after. However, they jam pack their schedules such that it is almost impossible to have that f/u on time. After the first procedure, I was able to secure a f/u appointment three weeks after the procedure. As for the second one, they scheduled me about 5 weeks out! I informed them that I needed to get in at the required 2 week time because I would otherwise be unable to make it as was moving 4 weeks after my procedure. They said they would call me if something opened up... they called me after I had already moved, so needless to say I never got to see the doctor after the procedure. The reason for the 3 stars is that I understand they're running a business and try to get people in for procedures. That's all good and fine. But the people you're having these procedures on need regular follow ups to ensure everything is healing well! We're people! With lives!! You can't just call us and expect us to drop everything on short notice. That's why appointments are made, so that we can plan accordingly. For me, about a week and a half into my healing, my toe started to pus up. They did not have any available appointments. So, I had to turn to other sources to obtain the necessary treatment. Thank God everything is now healed up fine, but I really wish they had a better system for scheduling follow ups.

If you need surgery you're a priority but after that, get in line. While some aspects of the practice are as good as they were 5-7 years, others have significantly eroded . Scheduling and communication are two of the biggest negative changes - not sure why, actually, just based on recent experience with a surgeon's medical assistant and surgery scheduler. Our experience included not receiving return phone calls when promised, not honoring commitments to appointments as discussed, and these are things that we as patients can evaluate - as opposed to how great the surgery was.

Next issue was addressed by Dr Even. He has a great group, can't speak highly enough about both Dr Even and his PA Ambrosia. Amazing team. Couple years and I'm back with a hip replacement. Once again, Dr Seroyer does an outstanding job. Back on my feet in 2 weeks. Another 2 years roll by and again I need to see Dr Even. Had to have another fusion and they found a small cyst in L3. After recuperating I was good as new. My latest adventure was another spine issue and Dr Even and his team were just as professional as they were the other 2 times. Still recuperating from the last one. Over my 10 years experience, The Surgery skills and desire to get you up and going again are the best there is. As with all offices, changes have been made and sadly not all for the better. Thankfully, the team of Dr Even and Ambrosia are still intact and I would call them again tomorrow if my back needs work. If my other knee and hip need work, Dr Seroyer will get the call. There are issues getting to see the Drs due to schedules and as such, appointments are given to the doctors PA. Thank goodness Dr Even has an excellent PA with Ambrosia. Never worry about visit with them. They are the Best Drs around. That's the reason the PROs use Dr Meister, Dr Seroyer and Dr Even and I fully understand wht.

I have extremely flat feet which has resulted in a lifetime of pain in my knees, hips, and lower back. I have been in pain literally for as long as I can remember, so I did not have high expectations for this visit. Dr. Bea was very thorough and explained some things I could do to improve my stance and foot issue which would ultimately improve my pain in other areas. She also adjusted my back to relieve some of the pressure and help me not to be in so much pain. At first when I received the adjustment, I didn't really feel like it did anything. In my head I thought it was just money wasted, but when I went to sleep, I can honestly say that it was the first time in months that I did not wake up in the middle of the night with back pain. Being able to get a full nights sleep made it all worth it. She charges $50 for out an out of pocket adjustment, or whatever the cost is for insurance (which may be cheaper). I'm on a plan to return every week for two months the straighten out my back and have purchased some custom orthotics to help with my feet. Side note- I've always been hesitant to visit a chiropractor because I'm a large person and have been nervous about the doctor being able to work on me, but the drop table and chiropractic tools made my experience delightful.
