Luckily, I went on the last day my receipt was still valid. Whew! That could've been a pain. This is located across the street from city hall - convenient and easy to find. We had scheduled an appointment so OK no big deal for us. However, this means there is no one to answer questions or to check the system for your DR's orders. Second, the technician was rude. She is also overworked having to act as front desk person and lab work tech. She said she couldn't find our bloodwork order, she wouldn't call or let us call our DR, wouldn't let us show her the order (on our phone), and we couldn't send her to an email address or printer while we were there. I repeated this information back to her twice and she confirmed she could not help us. We left and went to the Metairie location. Again no front desk staff. However the technician there did find our DR order right away. I also called Quest where their prerecorded message states they will contact your DR during their office hours if they cannot find your order. The tech in Metairie had to look up our order, check our insurance, process payment, and draw the blood. This is too much! Bring back customer service. You need a front desk person! Techs should just do tech work! Do better!

There were majority elderly patients in the waiting room who were not comfortable using the check-in kiosk. My mother and another person stepped in to help them. I'm sure there are camera's in the back to view the waiting room, however no one ever came out to assist. It was not a bright idea to have a kiosk as the only means of checking in. Once they started calling patients to the back, they spoke very low and were short, not courteous or patient whatsoever. It's nice to have a close location to my home but it's worth the drive to another location for better service.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a testing facility! I went in for Pre-Employment at…read morean over-night care employment service, and I received a FALSE POSITIVE for Cocaine and Methamphetamine. This facility doesn't do "split testing", and when I was informed of my results they wanted me to pay $150 to have it tested again at another facility. I instead had to go to my regular health care provider and pay out of pocket to have them test me and essentially "Prove my innocence." I Will NEVER test at a LabCorp facility again. The staff was laid back and nice enough, however, the Rep. who delivered my results via phone was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Never going here again.
