I have to say, it goes best with the fries but you seriously cannot go wrong with any of their tacos. Went by here to grab a Birria taco (got the larger one which was 5 dollars in total for everything including tip). Must say that the cleanliness of this place was stellar. Great service from the gentleman who took my order- and he was quick and generous with the sauce - Offering extras n such. But overall it's an affordable, straight forward taco. We were a little skeptical after seeing the early reviews since it's in the Chevron gas station building but talk of great birria made us give it a shot. Now that we've tried it we agree - wow the birria is fantastic! The flavor is rich and complex, well seasoned, oh so tender, and delicious. We ordered the birria burrito which was spartan but generous (in terms of meat for the keto lover) - just tortilla and birria, no rice and beans filling. Yum! We also tried the carne asada and al pastor tacos and both were pretty good but less of a standout vs other local Mexican restaurants. The tamarindo agua fresca was tangy and delicious, not to mention enormous. We'll definitely be back! Addendum: We came back again for mulitas (like a quesadilla but on two flat corn tortillas), the 32 oz birria and a pollo asado burrito. The pollo burrito was flavorful and again just meat + little bit of guac this time in a flour tortilla. We were surprised that the birria bowl probably wasn't the quantity of meat we were hoping for as the bowl is filled with the (delicious but salty) broth primarily. Overall, a slightly less stellar experience but we'll leave the rating as is and make a point to stick to the birria burrito in the future. read more
