From the very beginning, the process was a mess -- multiple cancelations, last-minute substitutions, and poor communication. This forced us to spend extra time and money traveling, scrambling, and stressing over what was otherwise one of the happiest days of our lives. My wife's wedding day was marred by the lack of reliability and professionalism from Morgan and her team. When my wife raised these concerns directly, Morgan actually acknowledged the countless mistakes and admitted the process had been mishandled. But instead of taking accountability in any meaningful way, she flat-out refused to offer any monetary compensation. The only "solution" she proposed was store credit or a complimentary service -- which is insulting. After going through all of this, why on earth would we ever go back? I think the worst part was her attitude when we called to complain, she admitted fault, she knew we would expect compensation (but didn't offer it), but she didn't seem to be sorry...just upset and defensive and what's not what you want when dealing with your wedding. This experience caused us unnecessary stress and financial loss. She said as she was doing it that there was nothing for her to do. Tell me why I went home and was still able to get stuff out from under my toenails (mind you, it's hard for me since I'm overweight and have back problems), and plenty of callus removed with what I have on hand? Also the polish on the second toe of my left foot chipped that night. I'm so disappointed because I did enjoy this place. I hardly ever get any time to be able to go get a pedicure, not to mention it was a waste of money with what I had to put into it when I got home.
