I am happy to announce that Amazin Nails did a wonderful job rescuing my botched nails. They are strong, healthy, and look great, and it's been over a week now. Not only that, but it was even cheaper than other salons I've been to! Finally, I appreciated the lovely atmosphere, clean work environment, and excellent customer service. We never imagined you would try charging to fix the mistake of your employee improperly performing the service in the first place, let alone more than she originally even paid at $75!!!! You offered a minimal discount. I originally thought you said to pay $15 and when I clarified you said to pay $50. I never left without paying, the fact you would even state that is absurd. The technician couldn't ended up passing her off to another technician who also continued it not knowing what he was doing. The whole time having numerous employees walking by and looking at her while talking to each other in their own language . When she asked how much they said 65 she questioned them about it since they didn't end up not doing anything but a French manicure Because she was upset and just settled. They made rude remarks back to her and said she had wasted their time and product. I felt bad for her and I will never go their again after witnessing rude behavior and remarks towards customers.
