I'm sure you can do better. The bilingual services need improvement especially being a mexican restaurant and not understanding spanish for order. Second, after ordering Nachos Supreme for $26, the order needs improvement because it doesn't have enough chips and had to get sent back 2 times before the order was even made to expectation. The food is great and authentic Northern Mexican food, at least to me for what I have eaten in Mexico. Have yet to eat a bad dish yet, and I am cruising the menu quite a bit! And the prices are within reach of any like restaurant or less. read more

I should've known not to stop here. My daughter has always said any "Mexican" restaurant with a drive-through is suspect. Anyway, there is one good thing about this place. No salt! So if you're on a low sodium diet for any reason, REJOICE! I have found your restaurant. Mexican, even Tex-Mex, is known for bold, rich flavor. Even the cheese was basic here. Lemonade was Ok. It at least tastes like they make it out of real lemons. Salsa's, all of them, were basic and missing one key ingredient... you guessed it, salt... oh yeah, the spice was missing, too. Don't get me started on the service. A suggestion to the owner if they read this. Get a host/hostess. You can't have the wait staff taking taking turns getting customers as they walk through the door unless you're going to seat them in a section! That's how you end up in a situation where you ignore, like ZERO contact, an entire group of 6, even with a SCREAMING CHILD WHO IS HUNGRY! Another note or two about service. The singing along needs to stop, please. Let the singers on the radio sing. Finally, stop running around the restaurant. It is UNSAFE! Especially with hot plates and cups and full glasses. We been driving pass this place for awhile. So we parked and went in service with a smile Crystal was our waitress. The place was very clean and restrooms too. tea was very good, good sasla with chips. Clean tables and seats. Ordered our food was out right away all as ordered, we were looking for Chile Rellenos, Told they have on menu on Tuesdays that will be another trip. Was late in the evening so we only ordered flour tortilla tacos with pico de Gallo and sone avocado on side, tacos were big and stuffed meats were tender . Waitress checked on us and refilled teas didn't have to ask, from seeing the menu I will have to go eat here at noon, with an empty stomach LOL We will come back and was told they have resturants in Corpus Christi Tx. tuu This one was in Odem Tx.They also have a bar inside looked like a good place to stop by in evening for a few drinks!! read more

If I were rating only the food, 5 stars without a doubt. Of course nothing is that simple. 2nd visit to this restaurant and the food has been good, hot, and consistent. We've had the Plato Texas, pork al pastor, and the grilled chicken with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Oh and the handmade corn tortillas are fresh and browned just right. Rest of the facilities need a bit of tlc. But this is our new pit stop on the way home from the valley whether we are hungry or not. Just can't pass it up. read more

You get exactly what you pay for. It's an authentic restaurant with an extensive restaurant and cheap food.

Food is good. The workers are what make the experience overall bad. They always take my to-go order wrong. Super unskilled.
