I was a loyal patient of Dr. Haydee Docasar at WCE Specialty / Haydee Docasar, MD for 9 full years, depending on this practice for consistent women's health care. In early February 2026, I was abruptly refused continued care and services without adequate prior notice, proper arrangements for continuity, or assistance transferring records--clear improper patient abandonment under Nevada medical regulations (NRS Chapter 630 and Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners guidelines). Dr. Docasar's conduct was unprofessional throughout, failing to uphold the ethical standards expected of a physician in an established patient relationship. Compounding this, her staff--particularly Angela--was extremely rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Angela repeatedly provided inaccurate or misleading information, altering or misrepresenting key details when communicating with the doctor, which contributed to the mishandling of my case and the ultimate denial of care. The interaction also carried indications of discrimination based on protected characteristics, making the entire experience humiliating and unacceptable under Nevada public accommodations law (NRS 651.070) and federal protections (Section 1557 of the ACA). Doctors in Las Vegas appear overly shielded from consequences, allowing practices like this to operate with little regard for patient rights, accurate communication, or ethical standards--treating long-term patients as disposable without repercussions. They sent me a letter, dismissing me as a patient.; Probably because of my negative yelp review. Also, the only time I have ever been informed of an outstanding balance was when they filed a duplicate claim to my insurance and threatened to send me to collections for it. I had to do the digging to find out that's what they did because all they kept doing was sending me bills for an outstanding balance, and telling me to figure it out. and when I told them about it, they did not apologize or even say anything about it. I've been coming to this doctor for several months with my "son" who is transitioning to female. (I'm attending the visits in a supporting role) Entering the office, you can see it's very clean, well kept, with fresh paint and nicely decorated shelves, artwork, etc. The staff greets you right away, is very friendly and helpful. We've always had a short wait in getting back to see the doctor. The nurse takes vital signs, asks questions about any changes to medical history, allergies, medications, etc. Very friendly and even funny. Almost no time passes before Dr. Docasar comes in. She, too, is very friendly and never rushed. She asks important, delving questions. MOST importantly, she listens to questions and concerns (even from curious parents!). She is not some "You have to do it my way!" doctor. She listens. She asks about your current knowledge and what YOU want to achieve. She tells you what you might expect and things to look out for. Visiting with Dr. Docasar is a truly wonderful experience! Also, I should point out she recommends people transitioning meeting with counselors and/or group therapy sessions. She doesn't FORCE it upon someone, but recommends it, I suppose to hear from others about their experiences. You can set expectations and more. Truly wonderful doctor. In regards to the office and polite, friendly staff, I should point out that they currently assess a $3 charge if you use a debit/credit card. They prefer payment such as Zelle or Venmo. While these alternative payment methods are not challenging or difficult, they're not as convenient as a card (or Apple/Google/Samsung Pay!). I think charging a $3 fee is completely unnecessary, especially on a $15 co-pay. Perhaps they've had bad experiences with patients doing chargebacks on cards, hence the flat fee, versus a percentage like the credit card company vendors charge to the business? (normally not more than 3% for Visa/Mastercard) Since they have simple alternatives to the card, with no fee, I'm not going to downgrade my rating. If the only option was cash, I definitely would, though (it's 2022, people don't carry cash anymore. If that WAS a requirement, most people would have to go to an ATM, perhaps get charged a fee THERE, before every doctor visit... IF they remember) Alas, I digress. The staff is very friendly. This practice screams scam and is very unprofessional! The office (Angela )charged me my copay 4 days before my phone appointment, and on the day and time of my appointment the office (Angela) called me to tell me that the doctor can't call me because she has IT problems. Angela told me to call the doctor 2 hour later,with a phone number she gave me, and when I called that number at the time she told me to, the doctor did not answer and it went to voicemail. I called the office, Angela answered and I told her that the doctor did not answer and I want to cancel because it was extremely unprofessional and I want a refund of my copay. Angela said she would send a refund request to billing. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from the Dr. Who didn't even present herself when I answered, so I didn't even know who I was talking to and had to ask "who is this?" Dr. Didn't have my chart or any of my medical information, I didn't even know if she knew my name. She spent 20 minutes wasting my time, most of it was to get me to come to her seminar... So the doctor didn't give me any medical advice on my issue. Today, the day after, the office( Angela) called me to let me know that because the doctor called me I will not get a refund. I told her that the doctor didn't even have my chart and that it wasn't a real appointment. Angela, who is extremely rude and condescending said that it doesn't matter, and that I will not get a refund. I reported this doctor to my insurance and to my bank! People beware! Its 2021... i go in for the second time. Intake chick rudely asked me why i am not vaxed for covid. Then tells me how they all are. I say i dont really care. Then dr comes in with the same attitude spitting the front page of the cdc web page on "how safe it was". She had no clue how deep into my own research i was. I was absolutely sickened that a medical professional was so ignorant!!!! Made an appointment as a new patient months ago for 3/21. They called and told me the Dr had an emergency and needed to reschedule. I called today to reschedule and was told they aren't taking new patients. I said I was already scheduled and you cancelled because of an emergency. She says "I don't know what they told you but I'm sure we cancelled because we aren't taking new patients." Literally had waited months. I just hung up. Unbelievable. Glad to see that 90% of the reviews of this sham of a doctor are horrible, I got a call from collections yesterday after six years or seven years ?! For $120 I told them "that "doctor" will never see a cent of my money" and hung up. Thought I give an Update now that I'm not that 21 year old girl anymore. I was so young and this is still one of the most traumatic experiences I've ever been through. Do not recommend. By far the worst customer service. I tried multiple times to get an appointment for a serious time sensitive issue. It was canceled on me twice and got different information every time I talk to someone or email. Hard to 100% rely on technology such as portals and apps when they don't work or are NOT user friendly. Good luck getting sent a access code. Hard to hit resent several times every time. And I tried to use this portal on multiple occasions. Today I was told Filling out the Patient Portal is the only way to get an appointment... which is funny cause if that is truly the case why did the app / portal have an appointment for me and a notification of the cancellation BEFORE I even logged in (on the 10th try)???? I was also verbally confirmed a 2nd Appt as well as an email confirmation for an appointment yet for some reason that had to be canceled since I didn't upload the history yet... I did however filled out everything I could but hard to fill out history when you can't find the tab!! FYI it's under Questioners but good luck not getting getting frustrated every step of the way. Also even tho they email you new patient forms, to fill out that won't help either. Ohh also even tho the link recommends downloading the app, the app does not have the history link at all... or so I was told. Hard to tell. The front desk staff is rude, un organized and will not allow you to speak to the doctor if you leave a message. I was stuck in heavy freeway traffic one morning and called the office 3 times leaving one message explaining that I would be at least 15-20 minutes late. Nobody ever answered the phone nor did they call me back. When I arrived the doctor was livid and told me I would not like what she had to say, so she was simply going to walk away. I was told that I would have to pay $1300.00 to reschedule since I was basically a no show. I don't think the doctor was informed that I had called at all. They also do not let the Dr. know that you have left messages or sent e-mails. They do not inform you when you do not have enough medicine for your injections. They do not follow up and are so condescending that I found another doctor. The same front desk lady that was always gas lighting and either overly nice or down right rude called to let me know I was over due for my appointments and I told her I would not be returning. Will not return here. Went for my appointment and never felt more rushed in and out of a doctors office. Front desk clerk was kind and helpful. Her nurse was rude, abrupt, and talked over me. ( I did read this in countless reviews but gave her a chance anyway) She was in such a hurry that she asked the first day of my last period and couldn't wait for me to double check my notes. First, Dr, docasar is really wonderful. She listens and really wants to help her patients. The problem is her staff and unfortunately her staff is what you see and deal with first and they are going to ruin her business. The first time I had issues with her receptionist was over my form of payment. She was rude and refused to listen to me that the form of payment I was trying to use was acceptable. I had to get the office manager involved. There was no reason for that. My latest and the last straw for me was due again to the bad attitude of this receptionist and her incompetence. I was supposed to see the doctor on 3/8. Now I was supposed to have blood work done before this appointment. So I called and requested the order so I could take it to my Lab on 2/28. I was told it would be emailed to me. Now due to some personal issues going on I didn't realize until I saw the appointment was coming up that I didn't have the blood work orders so I9 called again on 3/4. The receptionist said again she would email the orders, I also asked her about adding a few additional tests my other doctor mentioned he wanted and she said my insurance may not cover them but she would put them in the order and send it to me. We rescheduled my appointment for the end of the month. Now fast forward to 3/9 still no blood work orders. So I called again and again got Mrs. Nasty. Now her excuse was to lie and say I never called or asked for the blood work.... Really? I then told her I infact called multiple times and would be happy to come down and show my phone records... I also mentioned how she told me the additional tests I wanted wouldn't be covered under insurance. Her answer? Well that is true but you didn't call however I will send you the paperwork now. Again if I didn't call then how did the appointment get rescheduled? and how did I know about the out of pocket for the extra labs? But before I could say anything else she hung up. So you don't do your job and it's my fault? Instead of taking responsibility for your mistakes you try and blame me? What a joke. At this point I was so pissed off I called back and canceled my appointment. I would rather suffer with my medical conditions then be treated like trash by the staff. Appointments are not cheap and you would think the staff would be a bit more friendly when you are shelling out top dollar for a visit. Hope the doctor takes a long look at her front staff because if stuff like this continues more patients will go elsewhere. Could I give ZERO stars???? I have never been treated so poorly by a practice. Watch out!!! All this office wants is your money!! First, Dr Docasar is an ok doctor. She answered my questions, but first she forgot that I was in the exam room on my 2nd visit. She also said that I have to come back to a class in the evening to talk about my issue, when I had already discussed the issue with her at the visit. Talk about double billing for the same issue. But my biggest issue is with the office staff who is absolutely and utterly the rudest people that I have ever met. How do you stay employed in a field like medical that calls for customer service? I got notified almost a year later that a claim in 2022 did not go through to my insurance. The office asked me to help, so I called my insurance carrier and they said that I did not have to pay the bill and that there was no evidence that they submitted the claim on time. When I called the office back to explain this, they stated, "we bill your insurance as a courtesy and it is your responsibility." Well, that's not the contract says when you are on insurance panels, so there is some shady things going on here. Anywho, fast forward to 2 weeks later when I got an e-mail that they canceled all of my upcoming appointments because of this unpaid claim (even though I was working with my insurance carrier to pay the claim). Fast forward 2 more weeks and the practice ACTUALLY DEBITED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION $100! I am beyond annoyed with this office! Sadly, I am having the same billing issue with her office. The girl on the phone/ emails is nice enough but the fact that I'm now in charge of running my own ins bills through is a RED Flag. (I see the office respond on yelp and it will always lead to being our issue) nonetheless I've been getting this annual visit for over 20 years and I have never had any insurance company "deny" a claim not a doctor office that could not get an annual pap paid! I do believe it is an office errors. This may be why when I showed up the first question they asked was for me to leave a credit card on file? What... This was a referral and I won't be back. Unfortunately, I had a very similar experience to the other people who've had bad experiences with this doctor. She does not care about her patients, and only cares about collecting money. I hope this sorry excuse for a doctor will be stripped of her credentials .The level of disorganization that I experienced, in the two years that I dealt with her just got worse and worse. The first year, I had to come in in person after my script should have been filled to get them to finally call it in for me. The second year she told me she would get me my prescriptions, and later changed her mind, saying they wanted to do further tests. But they never called; so a couple weeks later I had to try to get a hold of them in order to get this information. I shouldn't have to beg for prescriptions that the doctor told me she was going to give me. Don't tell me one thing and then switch it on me without informing me, causing me to have to keep calling and dealing with the receptionist as she attempts holds back her frustration at dealing with unhappy patients. Guess what? If your boss did her job correctly, you would not be hearing from me so maybe turn your frustrations on boss lady, not the patients. I literally just left this office, this is probably my fifth if not fourth review I've ever done on Yelp. However this was a MUST, I'm still shaking and in disbelief on the treatment I received today by what I was told was the office manager. Upon arriving I mentioned my name and the lady was very kind, unfortunately I didn't get her name. Angela then talks to the other lady as if i'm not in the room, points her finger at me and says " her appointment was yesterday not today" Who still points their finger at people? As if that wasn't rude enough I ignored it. When the kind lady calls me up I try to explain were my confusion was. I had received an email stating that they did not have my ultrasound which I had signed a release for a month prior, this was now the second time they said they didn't have my records. Christina which I was told was her name said she would try to help me to ensure that the ultrasound was at the office before I saw the doctor otherwise it would be pointless as I was looking to get a second opinion on what I consider a very concerning health matter and really want a second opinion. The doctor came highly recommended by a few of our associates within our company. Angela the alleged manager interrupted my conversation with the other lady several times very abruptly, her tone demeanor and just overall appearance was just so unprofessional. I asked her if I can please continue and if she could not interrupt, in a very condescending way she responds and says "OK". As the nicer lady tries to reschedule an appointment since it turns out my appointment was yesterday and not today I decided at that point I would never step foot here again. Angela's rudeness continued when I asked the lady who was the manager. She seemed a bit worried because it turned out Angela was her manager. I then asked her who was Angela's manager and was told nobody, I asked Angela who was her manager and she would not provide me that information. I guess Angela is the top person at this doctors office which is unbelievable. Another guest arrives as I'm still talking to the nice lady and Angela decides to say "I'm sorry ma'am I can't hear you". Of course because I was talking, I then turned around and told her that she was very rude. And again in her condescending tone starts arguing back with me. Initially there was one other patient in the office and as I was walking out there was two. I left very sad and heartbroken because I was really hoping to get the second opinion and was willing to reschedule as it was my fault for the misunderstanding. But how could I ever return to such a place if you're going to be treated in such a manner during sensitive health matters. I figure after coming here three times, I should probably write a review! Dr. Docasar is absolutely amazing. My spouse and I have been trying to conceive for more than a year, and after he found a doctor he loved, it was time for me to find one, too. I was referred to Haydee by a friend who's mother used to visit her as well, and I couldn't be more happy. Her bedside manner is amazing, all of the nursing assistants are sweethearts, and I especially like when they verify your insurance, that the receptionist brings your information to you. They always call you a few days to confirm or reschedule your appointment, and the office is so beautiful. Gorgeously decorated, with refreshments and pleasing music as well. During my appointments, Dr. Docasar always gives it to you straight. She tells you how it is, what's she'd recommend and then discusses your thoughts with you. I always leave with a ton of information to help me make more informed decisions, as well as knowing I was taken care of by a woman who truly cares for her patients. She always let's you make the final decision on your care, and advises you against poor choices. I couldn't be happier! I called this place to make an appointment. We had 3 phone calls, one even confirming my appointment for the following day and they never informed me of having to know "which LAB my insurance is with"? If this is a common question, this is my FIRST time in over 20 years having a question like that regarding coverage in this way. I asked the lady at the front desk for help, and she just said I need to figure out which lab my insurance is with to bill, but after stating over and over while on hold with my insurance, the lady wanted to rush me back and said "we need to take you for your appointment. So figure this out while in the waiting room". And I am not going back into an office that is unsure of what they are goin to charge me based on insufficient billing. I didn't even get the help I needed, and was turned away with no care. Still really don't understand the question I was asked either, because I have worked in a medical office before and know they will bill my insurance regardless, not the lab. Even more so, they should have more ability or access to be able to answer such questions with the help of the provider portal on an insurance website to help patients determine their benefits. Although my visit for a routine screening was pleasant enough, Dr. Docasar did scoff at my resistance to hormonal birth control, and insist that it had nothing to do with the symptoms I was experiencing (Ironically, every symptom I expressed concern about resolved after discontinuing hormonal birth control.) Approximately three months post-visit the nightmare began; I was sent a bill from her office, and have been engaged in regular conversations with the front desk personnel (Angela, I believe, is the once I speak most frequently with.) Her office insists that they were never paid; however, I have had lengthy conversations with my insurance provider, including providing check numbers, dates, and dates the check was cashed to no avail. Now, I'm enjoying the collections fiasco, as her office never notified me of the situation until well after the ninety-day window, and refuses to have a conversation with the insurance company herself. This review is going to be for my experiences about 4-5 years ago when she was located in Henderson. I waited a long time to write this review but now that I am fully established with an amazing OBGYN I am going to share. I first went to the office in April of 2014 for my annual and for a new prescription for the pill. Everything was fine with the appointment and I thought everything was fine there after. Until I got an invoice (the first invoice I ever received from them) 10 MONTHS later saying I had a balance due. Two weeks after that it was sent to collections. I was annoyed but just paid the collection agency. It was like $75. No one called from the office to tell me about the balance. There was no prior attempt to contact me at all. About a month after my debt was paid I was out of refills for my prescription. I called my pharmacy and requested a refill from my doctor. With prior doctors I had never had an issue with this. Being kinda dumb and 20 I just assumed it would be filled and waited until the last moment to get it. (Completely my fault, I should have gotten it earlier) I was told my doctor didn't approve the refill. I called the office the next day and they said I had a debt owed and that was why the refill was not approved. I told them I paid the collection agency and they then contacted the agency and confirmed it was paid. Since I was unable to pick up my prescription I took Plan B just to be safe, which caused me to miss my period the next month. My follow up annual appointment was about six weeks after the pill issue and because I missed a period they had my take a pregnancy test. I took the test and waited in the room. Dr Docasar walked in and said condescendingly "It's negative. Let's not do that again." I was so shocked. It seemed so uncalled for and incredibly rude. I was 20 not 16. Being pregnant wouldn't have been my plan but I wasn't a child and I was in a stable relationship. The rest of the appointment was fine. I expressed my interest in Skyla the IUD. It was ordered and about a month later I went in to have it placed. I was on my period during the placement and when all was said and done they gave me a panty liner..... A freaking panty liner! No one said to bring a pad or anything. I honestly wasn't even thinking about it since I was so nervous about the placement. I bleed through my shorts in the way home. On that ride home I swore to myself to find a new doctor and am so glad I did. Oh and the placement cost me a few hundred dollars. I had that IUD replaced with my new doctor last year and I didn't pay anything out of pocket with the same insurance. read more

I have been going to Dr Docasar for over 5 years, I have followed her from her office in Henderson to where she is now. She is the only OB I go to because she is quick, friendly, caring, honest and her staff is amazing and friendly. I have many friends who go to Dr Docasar and I will continue to go to her. I honestly never want another OB. Before Dr Docasar I was very uncomfortable with someone being all up in my business for my yearly paps and Dr Docasar makes me feel very comfortable she is quick and always makes sure everything is good and I have no concerns before leaving the room. I highly recommend and love that this office is not a cold sterile type office and very beautiful and welcoming! read more

My daughter has been seeing her for 2 years now so I decided to see her as well. I have to say this was the most comfortable wellness check. She made me feel at ease and I didn't even know she was don't. She explained that since I'm older my hormones may be the cause and ordered me some test. My other doctor just prescribed me pills and never even gave me an exam. I am extremely satisfied and won't be dreading another annual again. read more

Dr. Docasar has been my doctor for many, many years. She has seen me on a moments notice when I thought I felt a lump and walked me off a ledge. Compassionate, gentle and comforting. I also used her for a weight loss program. I am so happy she now in Summerlin. Thank you, Doc! read more

***Update*** Reached out to the office to try and correct the issue and asked for documentation that an attempt to call or email was made as I would have removed this review and not been so angry about the $100 no show fee. It was not provided & According to them it's a courtesy to reach out prior to an appt and it's my responsibility to keep my appts. I agree except pretty sure at my job it's my responsibility that my clients are all on the same page as the business and I am sure to call leave a message and email them so I can back it up.. but you know what do I know? I don't work in the healthcare field where being on the same page is even more critical but its clear they're not budging. "The doctor was kind enough to give you a courtesy refill on your medication" okay back to my original issue I needed a prior auth. I addressed that how many times and when I asked for one I was told "she doesn't do them" I said if that had been outlined in their policy packet just like all the BILLING is I would have sought out a different doctor. No response to that remark was given. I've never been to a doctor where they flat out refused something like that. Maybe I've just been blessed I had doctors who genuinely cared. That should have been my red flag. Also I was informed their confirmation system is all electronic. Guess things changed cause last time I was called and emailed by an actual person. Bottom Line: They don't care I expressed financial hardship or offered to show my phone records as proof nothing on my side was received. I was told my fee was waived previously which I appreciated but again I paid $194 last time and regardless, I still do not feel at fault for this situation and should not owe $100 But I appreciate the lesson! Read the reviews before choosing a doc. I wish I did. She clearly cares more about getting $100 then a negative review so I rest my case. I will pay the $100 just to be done with this establishment even though I cannot afford it, BUT I will be sure to post this on other review sites since it may not matter to her office but maybe it'll matter to potential patients. read more

If your willing to make ridiculous office charges to sit in a nicely decorated office the this is the place to be! I have an appointment scheduled for 12:30pm and called in at about 8:15am. I called to reschedule my appointment due to a flat tire I was told that I would be charged a fee of $50 to cancel the appointment. When I tired to explain my situation the office desk didn't care to hear it. They said they could push my appointment back to 2pm and when I said I will not be able to take that time due to my children getting off school there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked to speak to the office manager I was transferred over. Monique was the office manager who I spoke with she also didn't care to much to hear about my situation. I understand that a fee is charged but I don't think it's ok to show absolutely no empathy towards clients. She was cold and direct about the charge. That's all they cared about to make a point to charge me. I don't care about the $50 charge it upset me so much to not even feel like they would accommodate anything for their clients. Pushing the appointment back 1 hour and 30 mins was all they can do and apparently cause my children get off at that time it's my problem I can't make it to the only other appointment they have. After the frustration of dealing with all this in the morning I responded to Monique "It's a F*cking flat tire" I'm doing everything I can. She then quickly said "I will not be spoken to like that." And informed me she would inform the Dr and the charges will be up to her. She was quick so show some type of emotion when I drop the F* bomb but throughout our entire conversation before that I felt like I was talking to a wall. If I get this $50 charge for Flat Tire then I'll pay the charge. No one deserves to deal with an unexpected situation and do their best to work around it for the other party to give them no options. $50 charge vs. the amount of time I would have been loyal to this office. Service is everything to me. They have enough clients I'm sure the loss of one won't affect them. ****The response I received from my post provided by this office clearly shows they do not pay attention to detail. The response says they try to accommodate yet tell you that there is no later time when you try to reschedule due to unexpected events? That's not accommodating to anyone. The variety of contact options has nothing to do with the rudeness I experienced from the management and office staff. I don't need to be told what contact options I have clearly I contacted the office as early as 8am. After being provided with no solution I was told by the office manager I would receive a call by end of day which I never did. Instead of telling your clients options of communication educate your team. The fact that the office manager stated she would give me a call by end of day and never did SHOWS that this office does not follow what they preach. I also said in my previous review that the fee isn't the issue its the treatment by the staff. read more

I will be taking my business else where. My Husband placed a review on this business because they took over an hour past my doctors appointment. Robert Y is my husband and wrote this review "My wife has a 11:15am appointment but is still sitting in the lobby at 12:10pm. This is our first visit and never met Dr. Docasar. So far not impressed with how the office operates. Why schedule an appointment if the office cant keep their own schedule? Its messed up my other appointments for today. We only came here because my wife's primary care scheduled this appointment. We aren't a walk in. We wont be back.". She refuses to treat me because of this review. I am the patent not my husband, then adding insult to injury ,I call back and speak to the office manager who then informs me about the doctor refuses to see me. The place look too much of a medical spa... not a doctors office. TOO focused on Botox, sexual lotions and what not's...... Over the moon to finally have a wonderful caring doctor locally! It's been a rough 4 yrs after moving here. I can't say enough about Dr. Docasar she is nice, friendly, informative and most of all listens (really!) hears you and answers all your questions and concerns and never rushes you out ever! Her assistant is fabulous as well! I wouldn't change doctors for anything! I actually feel cared about with Dr. Docasar... I love that she is paperless as well - love it & love my care! read more

Heard about this doctor from a trusted family friend who also goes here. Unfortunately when I called each time I was met with a young lady who apparently feels that it is her right and responsibility to decide who has access to healthcare and the bar is set her mood. If you can handle her sarcasm and overt nastiness on the phone you might get an appointment. I I think humans had a better time asking the Sphinx questions. Do remember that she can fish it out but when you return her rudeness and sarcasm gets upset and blamed you for not allowing her to help you get a chance to see the Dr. I was told that she was going to email me two weeks later still no email then when I called I was met with a very nasty and curt reply that she'd emailed me & to check my email ;come to find out she had forgotten a letter in my email. It's a shame I was looking for a doctor who could possibly help me take my health to the next level and I keep seeing more and more good things about this doctor but I don't have time to deal with grown women acting like middle school children in the front off in order to see a doctor for all of six or seven minutes. what's going to happen if you need a refill or something else from the doctor directly? good luck calling this place and getting care when I registered a complaint it's now than three months I have heard nothing back so it's apparent they don't care. read more

Major issues with this place. They didn't call with test results after telling me they would , said I had know worries when I called them only to find out that was incorrect. I had double insurance at the time but they only billed my primary- called them when I received a bill( after 6 mos) gave them my insurance information when they said sorry our mistake with again they did not bill the secondary insurance- it has been two years and this mess still isn't straightened out as they keep giving me a number for a non existent guy named Michael for billing- my secondary insurance even tried calling them . Long story - made longer- their office is unorganized and rude - my advice find a different doctor read more

Dr. Docasar is a fantastic doctor. I saw her years ago when her office was in Henderson and when my insurance wouldn't cover my IUD she went out of her way to make sure I got the care I needed in the correct way. After switching insurances and seeing other doctors and feeling mediocre about the care I was receiving I looked up Dr. Docasar to see if she was still practicing in Las Vegas. Thankfully she still is and I was grateful to switch back to her as my obgyn. She is straight forward, genuinely listens to the issues you have and is always friendly. I couldn't be happier with her care. read more
