When I went to the dressing room, I was informed they don't do measurements at this store, just eyeball it, and I should have walked out then and there because that's pretty inexcusable at a lingerie shop. The saleswomen are dressed in cheap looking slutty uniforms that come off like they're trying to cosplay maids and honestly they look bad. The saleswomen looked like they were college students working summer jobs, and they had the knowledge and experience that comes along with that, which is little to nothing. The saleswoman I had was sweet, but terrible at her job. She had no ability to do anything beyond fetching items she was explicitly asked for. No imagination, no suggestions, just weak attempts to upsell $800 items instead of showing me lower priced items I had indicated interest in. My husband had to look around the store and find things to suggest, and remind her to actually bring them to me. This resulted in an experience that was twice as long as it should have been. The big plus for me is that they carry my size in ALL of the gorgeous selections of bras they carry in store, which is a feat to do since most stores elsewhere carry ones that look like they came out of grandma's reject closet when one is well endowed up top. Super service! Can't even explain, you just have to go here. They basically pick your size from eye measure and then ask what kind of lingerie you are in to. I think I spent one hour in the roomy dressingroom and just got served the sales associate Zola. I have a tricky size and most stores don't even carry it, but here they've got all sizes it seems. The lingerie here is full spectrum - from shy lace to full on burlesque. I'm confident that you will be able to find whatever you are in to. I almost made it out of there with a beautiful set with Swarovski, but managed to get a hold of myself before spending like a month worth of salary.. Best service I've had at an AP thus far and the selection beyond rivals the selection of the SF store. Was offered champagne and felt very helped by the attentive staff. No wonder they are closing locations!! I bought a couple of things from this location and couple days later they all went on sale. Reached out to a store manager and she informed me that they don't honor the sale adjustment (which is not stated anywhere). When I questioned her about it she became very snappy about it and gave me a 917 customer service number to call which is apparently in UK!! Called and left voicemail but no response.
