The owners Susie and Sonia and the adorable French salesgirl, Melanie, are all warm and charming and genuinely excited about lingerie. While there's a lingerie boutique's lack of reserve, there is no snobbery, no disinterested manhandling a la Town Shop or rather humiliating appraisal as at Orchard Street Corsets.
