The saleswomen looked like they were college students working summer jobs, and they had the knowledge and experience that comes along with that, which is little to nothing. The saleswoman I had was sweet, but terrible at her job. She had no ability to do anything beyond fetching items she was explicitly asked for. No imagination, no suggestions, just weak attempts to upsell $800 items instead of showing me lower priced items I had indicated interest in. My husband had to look around the store and find things to suggest, and remind her to actually bring them to me. This resulted in an experience that was twice as long as it should have been. I kind of regret purchasing the items I did today, as this store didn't deserve my money.

Not all women have the same bra size every time they shop, especially if they've lost weight or gained weight. I came in and went to the middle of the first floor where the cashiers were to pick up my order. It went smoothly, then I went to the changing room. There was no line for the changing room when I went on a Saturday evening. When I was in the changing room, I noticed the rooms had definitely become more high-tech. There is a tablet where they tell you what bra you have in your changing room as well as a way to notify the staff about any questions or sizes/colors/styles you would like to try on. After a good half hour of trying on 5+ different bras and getting the opinion of two of the great employees, I finally settled on an option that appealed to me. The employees here are awesome because they make you feel comfortable with your concerns and insecurities. I went upstairs to pick out the specific color I wanted. They told me if the color/style/size is not available in-store, they can order it online for me (if available) and ship it to me within 2 business days. I found the bra I wanted and they quickly exchanged the product I ordered online with the product I wanted. Very worth the price since they have great sales all year round. I can definitely see myself back when I'm on another shopping trip.

Their customer service is always excellent. These lovely ladies are not only kind and helpful, they are experts in bra fitting. I'm not the easiest person to fit and that is why I know I will find the perfect fit at The Town Shop! I went to the Town Shop today, in need of new bras. Amy greeted me the moment I walked in the door. She instantly made me feel comfortable. When she took me into the dressing room, I explained to her my needs, we discussed the bra that I was currently wearing, and what sizes and styles would be best for me. Amy brought in several bras for me to try on. When the bras that I first tried on were not the right size and fit Amy, gathered other styles, brands and sizes. She was honest with me when, a style wasn't right for me. Like many women I have body image issues. Amy was so understanding and made me like a princess. I was very happy with the bra selections that Amy helped me choose. Afterwards, Amy helped me with some other undergarments and helped me choose beautiful pajamas. My next visit will be for bathing suits. I always dread trying them on, but I know I will get the individual customer service that will allow me to find bathing suits that fit well. I used to live on the Upper West Side but, have been residing in Brooklyn for eleven years. Distance doesn't matter, I will always travel to shop at the Town Shop. They fit perfectly. I would not have even realized my size had changed until she pointed it out. I do wish you could browse the bra selections. The bras are only available for the staff to select and bring to you. I do like the bra that was selected for me however. There's a selection of other items for sale including swim, lounge, shapewear, etc. I thought their staff were all extremely professional and helpful. Good quality bras are expensive so don't expect cheap stuff here. However, investing in high quality pieces will pay off in the long run.
